Giroud been better signing for Chelsea than luiz and cech its just incredible.

He was always gonna be really...his style of play doesn’t rely on pace, so it was up to him just to be up for it mentally, and Giroud always had a good mentality really.

Cech and Luiz were both mentally and physically done, Cech especially was a scumbag.

Come on man, Cech is one of the biggest gentlemen of the game

If we intended to play Auba wide, we shouldn’t have gotten rid of Giroud. The two of them would’ve worked well together.

Giroud is an old-fashioned target man, and they haven't been popular among Arsenal fans since Alan Smith's days, and he wasn't all that appreciated either.

He would have been excellent with Auba.

Isn’t Giroud’s stats quite pathetic for Chelsea? He’s the same level of signing as Luiz and Cech...

It was a great Giroud goal. It’s odd I’ve seen Lacazette do that trap with back to goal, spin and shoot into the other corner execution a few times. People commented in his thread when he does it was an easy goal and takes no skill at all?

What gives?

He's been widely out of favour yet has still managed to produce some big moments for them. Absolutely nowhere as bad a signing as those two clowns.

Class. How many of those moments resulted in a trophy? Or even CL qualification?

Well, zero. He has however scored against Spurts twice, City once, an amazing goal against Chelsea, against good teams such as Valencia and Napoli and an incredibly well taken header against Atletico which should have been the foundation to get us to the final in 2018.

Giroud has scored a great goal against Soton in FA cup, turned the game around against them at St Marys, and ofc a good goal against us in the EL final

Lacas dreadful performances this season is truly enough to warrant a sale, but no need to downplay that he has had some good moments
