It was smart move by Chelsea.Players won't turn around against club's legend and there is no pressure on him to get good results like in recent seasons.Next season we'll see if he's real thing.

Emery wont be staying for 3+ years specially if he fail to get us top 4. Also Lampard and his team i think they conceded 10 goals already so whatever his plan is he need to rethink because they won't be scoring 4 goals a game

Think he’s proven himself to be an average manager, this is Solskjaer all over again. He won’t be there in two years imo.

I like Lampard, I am rooting for him from a far as long as it doesn't compromise us.

I like him a lot more than other managers Chelsea have employed. Couldn't stand Conte.

Lampard has been pretty impressive imo, much better than the results suggests.. Chelsea won't do much this season, will most likely struggle for top 6, but long term Lampard is going to be a great manager I think..
