We need to strengthen. We need a striker and CM as well as defensive depth. I will say it again we were flattered by an incredible, once in my lifetime injury record I can’t ever remember for an Arsenal team.
It helped going out of cups early. A long injury to Rice, Saliba, Saka or Ødegaard would have changed our season big time.

Cover for Ødegaard is still my main concern. I’m seeing reports of Vieira getting chopped by Arteta this season, and that worries me.

We are an Ode injury away from being in trouble.

The greed in me wants both Doue and Olise this summer, means we lose both Smith Rowe and Vieira though. But at least we’re covered

We need to take some hard decisions but also be aggressive in our approach in the transfer market this year. Now is the time to strike when the iron is hot.

Especially since Jesus was a total flop this year and Martinelli went backwards and didn’t have a good season. This great depth Arsenal have supposedly this year the media keeps crowing about i just don’t see in particular defensively and in midfield

We don't know what impact on our game had Timber's injury, especially at the beginning of season.
He was brought to be starter.
Arteta was forced to make tweaks.

Tomiyasu also had injuries, so Zinchenko has played more than it was planned.
And we all know that he didn't look good the whole season,

Who is better cover for him, ESR or Vieira?
If Arsenal should sell one of them, who should stay?

Arteta gave chance to play in last matches to ESR, not to Vieira.
Does this mean that he wants ESR to stay or he gave him minutes just to put him in shop window?
Honestly, I don't know which of the two is better solution for Arsenal.

That’s because we have about 5 irreplaceable elite players that would fit into just about any side in the world. The rest are a very good support act. But an injury to those can be replaced without leaving too big a hole eg Martinelli/ Trossard or Partey/Jorginho, Zinchenko/Tomi etc..

Exactly we have too many indispensable guys where the drop off between them and their backup is astronomical. On City maybe only Rodri is that indispensable. It is great we had basically all our key guys healthy for the season. But I wouldn’t bank on that happening next year
