I posted this after the Everton draw. Pool must sure drop points with the games ahead. Villa and City could even be a loss. We just need to keep winning. The pressure is on Pool.
Problem is we ourselves have 2 tough games away from home coming up vs forest and utd (however **** they are, they seem to raise their game vs us)
And then Chelsea at home

Really struggle to see how we keep winning with the injury crisis.

Was on Vinai's payroll; misses 4th place trophy 🏆
We really have nothing to lose here just continue putting pressure and see what happens.

To me it's miracle we are 2nd with this attack and injures lot of teams better equipped than us and not even close so whatever happened this season I really can't blame the team they clearly trying

Away to Villa and City are tougher, especially as both want top 4, or at least Europe. Anyway, I’m always optimistic 🙂

If Liverpool would have the same equivalent injuries as we have;
Salah (RW), Diaz (LW) and Nunez + Jota (CF), they would have Gakpo and Chiesa available as front options ...

Shows how much we are in sh*t with our injuries ...

Still I don't see how we go and get points in Forest. Utd we may be lucky given that they will go for the attack given our situation and we may get the full 3 points there.

Currently 10 points ahead of 4th with Newcastle, Chelsea and Bournemouth to come to us.

Shouldn't be a problem that. Focus is definitely the title and we 100% finish 2nd imo.

All i see is heartache if say we went into the game at anfield later on needing a win to overtake them. Im not even sure deep down we want such a scenario. We think we do but we dont
Of course we do. It would mean we are close. Still would be very difficult, almost impossible even, but that is the most likely path to winning the title. Not winning that match would require Liverpool to lose so many more points and an otherwise flawless campaign from us. The route to the title is through an 89'esque Anfield smash and grab.

No it wouldn't because we've been doing fine what kind of logic is this? 7 wins and 2 draws without Saka you know? Put some respect on the managers name, elite coach.

I was on the fence about Tets but this season he's performed pretty well despite adversity tbh, I'm coming around on him.

Less so on the ownership, their mindset doesn't seem to be compatible with building a squad for sustained title winning.

A few more wins and we can enjoy Champions League football at home next season. Good stuff!

Forest, Chelsea, Newcastle all losing helps us in the race for top 4.

If things go badly then City could well go above us, and maybe even Forest if Wood keeps playing like prime Drogba, but the rest are 10+ points behind. I think this weekend basically cements CL.

We can still do it. Our defence is good enough to keep grinding out clean sheets and even with all our injuries there is enough quality to nick the odd goal. Let's not forget we are also arguably the best in the World at set pieces which could be invaluable keeping us in touch until some players return.

Getting Saka back in April is gonna be huge for that Liverpool away game. Whatever happens we probably have to win that let's be honest.

Of course we do that's why we love the game. I just think such a scenerio may leave us with more heartache than any other result in my time supporting arsenal if it came down to that. My wife had to bake me a freaking cake seeing how depressed i was when we lost 3-1 to city at home a few years ago. If we do win the title though..my oh my
