Premier League 2024/25: The Race For The Title…?

Massive win yesterday which certainly sends a signal (important for GD as well). Basically Arsenal need to win every game from now until the NLD in early January. Not the result we needed from City today but I still feel Liverpool will start dropping points due to games piling up and injuries (they’ve been very fortunate on that front so far). Need to deal with United now and erase there mini-momentum. Big Gabi should be fine. Hopefully one of Partey/Merino is available. Martinez and Mainoo suspended. Chelsea have improved quite a bit but remain somewhat volatile.

Luck might be on Liverpool's side this year. Faced Ten Hag's Utd, ourselves without Ødegaard and Saliba, a dead City without Rodri and looking like Newcastle without Isak.
It does seem a little like a stars aligning situation for them at the moment, but there’s plenty to play. We have shown last season we are capable of going on an incredible run.

If we can hit and maintain the levels we are capable of, Liverpool will be hard pressed. Not an easy task, but such is our lot.

The margins are always fine at the top, our poor spell is behind us and hopefully Liverpools is soon to come.

We just chasing at the moment there clear one favorite here to win. Nothing in our hands we have to wait they drop lot of points.

Still might change my prediction from 3rd to 2nd after seeing how awful city are.

But finishing 2nd 3 season in row is annoying as hell

13 games out of 38 games and some have given up. That's kind of weird, isn't it? That's 25 more games to play with lots of twists and turns along the way. Unless of course if we think that all other teams are just **** and will just roll over (doubt that). Just one loss for Liverpool and the narrative changes immediately.

Yeah, momentum is good to have but it's not everything. I thought our 22/23 season would have taught us a great lesson by now.

I wouldn't be surprised to see City up there fighting it out to go top in the final few weeks.

Just gotta keep winning, really. Need to be dusting United at home on Wednesday really no excuse. Dropping points would be both inexcusable and shocking

Man City play Forest next. They're neck and neck on the table and have the same GD

Looks happy in his last interview, first year a getting excellent results and playing nice football without waiting 5 years and spending half billion pounds on defenders.

He got the last laugh with Walter White this time around.

Blame Tets & his odious recruitment priorities.

He's now officially under severe scrutiny.

Hard to see under scrutiny if he keep us competing the club will keep supporting him. He'll lose ownership trust when the players stop believing in him

Every game for us now is must win we got tow really not straight forward games against utd who is a big game always big pressure in it and then against Fulham who got 4 points from us last season. Our players will need to keep pushing
