They could drop points in the Palace game also and we’d win the league vs Burnley.
They need to play two tough games against teams that wants to qualify for Europe and I think CP will rest their players after tonights game and go full strenght against City next week. Villa is their only easy game.

In any case if we lose the UCL but win the PL, will the parade still be on that day? I guess it can't be after Palace anymore?
Yes because how do we know we’re gonna lose the CL until we play it haha. The moment we got to the CL final, the parade got moved back a week to accommodate. Whether we win or lose the PL.

Would be great to know it’s happening regardless come the end of the PL, hopefully a shiny PL trophy in our back pocket going into that CL game.

And others who showed unwavering support and confidence in the team 👏 👏 👏

A lot of us and myself included turned on the team last month and lost all hope in this team and Arteta whilst you guys stayed positive. I guess even for professional players to be champions you can't get pessimistic and doubt yourself. With positivity the sky is the limit and life in general looks better.

No matter what happens at the end of the season I will give credit to the boys. Cl final for the first time in 20 years, and with the upper hand in the league with just 3 games remaining. Its something we all dreamt of when we were getting knocked out every year in the last 16 and turning to a joke team in Europe and England.

This team and Arteta are giving everything they can to bring glory back to this club. And that alone is something we should all be proud to see!

Appreciate the shout out, but I can't say I've had full confidence . I just think credit should be due for how well the team has done to get to this point. Even when it looked dire, things were never as bad as it seemed since the team were still fighting at the top and to be in that position means a lot has gone right.

Now they are right there on the brink and it's time to get it done.

I have read that we have a clause with Palace that if we win the league, they will get a certain amount for Eze as a bonus. If that's the case, Palace have every interest for us to win the league. If we win against West Ham, Palace can't get relegated and thus our job becomes so much easier.

Great that Palace has a final three days later. Villa having the EL-final three days before City increases the chances of them getting trashed by City. On the other hand Brentford and Bournemouth will be looking for CL when they play City.

Think it's a 50/50 chance we go into the West Ham game with City having dropped points to Brentford the day before. A win in that scenario means City being 7-8 points behind with only 9 points left to play for, knowing us beating Burnley at home would clinch the title when they face Crystal Palace 3 days before an FA cup final against Chelsea. Surely it's likely is Pep goes full reserve team against Palace and bins the PL for a cup final in that scenario?

I remember questioning my sanity when I saw you wavering lmao

Arsenal Quotes

I still have an interest in training and development, in the stages that make it possible for players first to acquire technique (between 7 and 12) and then to develop physically (between 12 and 16), then to deepen their mental resilience (between 17 and 19) and finally between 19 and 22 to acquire what is critical, like the roof of a house without which all the rest rots away: intelligence and motivation
