It’s Declan Rice and Gabriel. I guess there in lies the issue because a lot of league winning sides have a star attacker.

This is why I’ve been saying Saka should be playing better. He is meant to be our main man.
Saka good he ain't world class good but right under that level. And he hasn't been consistently at that elite level. If he does find consistency we will be better. The rest of the attackers we brought in gotta produce now. Eze Noni and Gyok gotta carry the load offensively. If all them playing we shouldnt be forcing it to Saka to save us every transition up the pitch.

Your obsession with trying to big up Chelsea is strange. Even when it is clear they're nowhere as good as you think they are.

So they have much better attackers than us eh? Not even better but much better. Hmm, so this much better attackers have scored less than us this season. And that is us with having no striker for weeks on end. It's not a one off too, last season we scored more than them too. That's quite impressive to have much better attackers but consistently they score less than us.

Take their last league game for example to see how much you overrate their attackers. They were up against a Bournemouth team in bad form, who had 4 losses and a draw from their previous 5 games. Who kept only 1 clean sheet since September, but the great Chelsea attackers somehow managed not to score against them. And this wasn't even the first time they didn't manage to score a single goal in a game. Our supposedly much worse attackers have bettered that again. If we drew a blank against Bournemouth you would be going mental, screaming how bad our attackers are.

I know what you will do, you will double down again instead of just admitting this Chelsea side isn't as good collectively or attacking wise as you think they are. If they were, they wouldn't be so far off the pace in the Premier league and struggling so badly in the Champions League.
Leave us, Chelsea have scored less than utd atp. Much better attackers  that guy is a generic troll, just here to spew hate whatever happens

If City beat palace and we beat Wolves. By the time we play Everton we could be behind them if they win their home game

Yes but injuries are our biggest challenge now otherwise the situation would look very different.

It's one of those games in a title challenge. Liverpool lost to Nottingham Forest last season at Anfield and I dont remember seeing their fans wetting the bed crying. Title challengeges are roller coaster rides. We'll see some disappointments as the season progresses but we'll also see more more successes.

I have no doubt we'll win the league. I didn't watch the game. But from what everyone is saying, it wasn't a case of us not being good enough, it was just one of those days where nothing went our way.

We'll be fine.

Famous last words.

We ain’t winning **** with all these injuries. In fact we’ll be chasing City in a couple of weeks and still have to go to Etihad

Pathetic. And people eat this crap up. Scholes is genuinely the WORST pundit around.
What’s wrong with what’s he’s saying? It’s true this season. 4 games played against probably the 4 strongest teams in the league and we gathered 2 points from them. It’s not good enough

There's no context to it at all. Most of those games have been away from home + we have significant injuries ATM + we've had the best record in these games over the past few seasons.

Context and variables apply to all teams. Vs Chelsea we had an extra med for an hour and still didn’t win. Vs a piss poor Liverpool we created **** all and lost. City was at home but again, barely created anything etc. The critisism is valid I’m afraid.

Disagree.

The Liverpool were not perceived as piss poor at the time, again context. City had one chance scored a goal then parked a double decker bus hoping to hold on to a smelly 0-1.

How have does City's record look across the past few seasons in comparison? It is not a valid criticism to label at us. Moreover, some of Scholes' United teams went whole seasons without beating anyone in the top 4, a lot of their titles were just because they were amazingly consistent at getting results vs everyone else apart from the 'big boys' so he needs to shut the **** up.

The club changed so much, I changed with it and football has changed with us... But one thing never changes: the 90 minutes still belong to the player, 90 minutes during which he is king.
