Some will say it’s Arteta’s fault and they might be right for the most part, but what about the players? Regardless of what the coaches tell you tactically and strategically, you’ve got to want the league yourself and show some ambition.

They fumble when it really matters. Should they fail again this year, Arteta will probably have to go for everyone’s sake, including his own, and we will start all over again.
I get what you're saying, but what are the players supposed to do? Organise secret training session where they come up with their own pattern plays? Their own triggers for pressing? etc… Have covert team meetings before the game where they come up with their own formations? This is a systematic problem, it's not individuals failing to perform. As an individual you can rectify you having a poor game, making an error and stuff of that type.

Was on Vinai's payroll; misses 4th place trophy 🏆
I don’t know bro. We have no forward that can do anything on the break. Eze may be the only chance and he’s not exactly a specialist in that regard.

It’s going to be a really painful watch. We have to hope for a smash and grab but it’s really not looking good.
As I said all about how fight they willing to join. Its gonna be painful because they in good form and have many players can hurt you.

Essays are my thing
Its almost written in the stars they will press in a 4-2-4 no options to build up and we will do the same tactics as we did in the final against them. I just hope Arteta doesnt play Zubi and Rice together again we need creativity. with Eze and Ødegaard.
At least with Raya in net, we might actually bypass the press

What are the players supposed to do? Maybe do their job properly?

Look at the first goal we conceded yesterday. Ben White, who everyone has been clamoring for, was in no man’s land with no idea where AFCB players were, and Lewis Skelly losing his marker at the far post.

It has been a theme for a while now: defensive sloppiness, silly mistakes, and getting bailed out by the keeper over and over again.

These were mistakes that weren’t happening in October or November.

These players and the manager are just a bunch of bottlers who can’t handle pressure.

The earlier we rip this project to shreds and start again, the better, because it’s not going to change anytime soon.

As sh!t as we were yesterday and as sh!t as this weekend has been for us the pressure is on City to beat us at Emptyhad, if they don't do that then we're massive favourites again. A smash and grab, a stinky 1-0 to us, a bore draw, whatever it takes.

We just have to not lose, something we've done there plenty of times with worse teams.

I need a win against City to be convinced again that we can win the league this year. Grinding out a draw won't be enough for me because we all know we'll be dropping points somewhere else.

This is so depressing, how can you be so close to the title but yet it looks so unlikely. Anyone but us and you'd still back them to win, but we just look devoid of belief and ideas. I can't remember for the life of me the last time we played well. Trying to be hopeful but after the City win today, can't see it. We'd need to actually come out to play at the Etihad if we have any chance at all

I've gone through phases with this club. The latter stage Wenger days, the Emery days where I did support the club, but wasn't as invested. I just can't get invested if I don't believe in the team and on top of that we had some players I flat out didn't like.
I like this team for the most part and for the most part I believe in their talent. But something has to change.

Arsenal Quotes

Thierry Henry was very quick at analysing everything that was going on and how he needed to react. This intelligence, this capacity to evaluate, understand and question oneself, is also the mark of great players... For everyone, for the fans and for us, he symbolised the golden age of Arsenal.
