wtf Redknapp stand your ground

I love how he's explaining all what happened to further humiliate Redknapp. The apology and donation wasn't enough. Could also be warning to others

Everyone is obsessed with Glasner who’s been absolutely fantastic at Palace but Iraola goes under the radar.

In my opinion he’s actually the more likely out of the 2 to make a name for himself at a top club. I think his play style and tactics are more akin to a big club. It’s more sophisticated.

How is Madueke more proven when Semenyo has double the assists and more than double the goals in the PL?
in terms of the club wanting a player who was a prem-proven RW Madueke made more sense.

Prem-proven doesn’t mean better player btw, but the club knew what it would be getting with Madueke. A few of us did see that Semenyo might have been ‘next up’ but he only had a one season body of work for a smaller club.

United about to come knocking?

Stylistically, it's more akin to the United style of attacking football.

Loads of attackers on the pitch, a lot of transitions, high energy. It'd make a lot of sense.

Other option could be Howe, a bit more pragmatic than Iraola, but still high energy, counter attacking, physical football that the Old Trafford crowd could get behind

We need to put all our efforts into getting Semenyo in next Summer. He's clinical, has excellent positioning & has a great shot on him. He'd do wonders for our left wing.

It would take something drastic for Newcastle to sack Howe.

Perhaps after this season both parties will think they've hit a ceiling?

It's possible. But before that, you'd think Newcastle would have a few candidates lined up before pulling the trigger on him.

The question is, who'd be interested in going up there?

I told you so
How does the Eze move still baffle you? Creativity was our biggest issue last season. We had no senior attacking midfielder bar Ødegaard, who had a terrible season. I know you don't rate Eze like most of us do, but his signing was necessary. Unless you want Merino or an inexperienced Nwaneri covering for Ødegaard if he stinks it up again.

I don't think he's especially creative. He's more a final action player, akin to Nwaneri. He can't do what Ødegaard does.

Our biggest issue has been the LW. Having a player who can carry the ball at pace, create, score, be a threat inbehind and crash the box. This hasn't been addressed.

Leeds hit the post after Vicario went into no man’s land trying to claim a cross. Watching this flakey fecker makes me appreciate what we have in Raya.

Leeds are very aggressive but you can see them leaving one too many holes, it's then up to Sp**s to capitalise, do they have the players to do it?

It's very dependent on Kudus, perhaps Frank should be playing him more centrally to carry and play those final balls. Not sure their other midfielders have that final pass in them.
