Sunderland at stadium of light is a tricky opponent. We need to play with our strongest and fittest squad.

Play with a complete B team in league cup. Should be enough to advance to next round.

Chelsea v Hull
Liverpool v Fulham

Of the games kicking off at 3pm UK time, I have to decide which one to watch. Chelsea and Liverpool look like they could be one-sided, while Bournemouth v Brentford and Palace v Ipswich are pretty meh. I’m leaning towards Villa v Forest.

Chelsea v Hull will be my choice. Rooting for the underdog is always fun to watch plus Hull is doing very well and don't think it will be a one sided match. Hull will park the bus and will run at Chelsea defence when they have the ball. With the defence of Chelsea, Hull make a good chance to make it a difficult for Chelsea.

Obviously Bournemouth Vs Brentford is one to must watch both teams that score goals

Not sure if anyone saw but Saturday Social have an interesting video ahead of the Manchester derby tomorrow. They have set their expert guests the challenge of (theoretically of course) deciding which players would start in a hypothetical combined 11 between the two clubs. So for example you would be able to have City players alongside United players in the same lineup to make what you think would be the best overall team. Really interesting concept. I worried it would be difficult to follow but they use some really nice magnets to make it a visual experience

I’ll probably start with Chelsea v Hull and see how it goes and switch when Chelsea score. I still think Hull will get relegated, so I hold very little hope for them today.

Liverpool another home banker. B’mouth v Brentford the best fixture.

BeIn Sports dropped the ball big time giving the pointless Scousers 3 channels for their tepid match & not airing Chelsea Vs Hull.

Chelsea already scored, and already conceded. Great watch going forward but proper clowns at the back.

Arsenal Quotes

I still have an interest in training and development, in the stages that make it possible for players first to acquire technique (between 7 and 12) and then to develop physically (between 12 and 16), then to deepen their mental resilience (between 17 and 19) and finally between 19 and 22 to acquire what is critical, like the roof of a house without which all the rest rots away: intelligence and motivation
