Wasn't a straight red, so should be only 1 game. But it's Tottenham away which is a problem.

I agree they lack consistency. But by the letter of the law it was correct. Having said that he could have easily avoided it and had a stern word with Rice. No one would made big deal out of it

If Wolves player did the same thing Rice did (which I didn’t see) it should be a yellow too, never argued about that. I’m just seeing the reason why it was given.

Saka is Right if he had booked Pedro we'd accept this decision even if it was ridiculous and players will be aware to not delay the game

Rice nudges a moving ball. Ball cannot be moving to take a freekick anyway. It was also from the wrong position. Ref couldn't wait to give it. Frustrating day all round but at least we didn't lose. Terrible way to drop 2 points though.

Rice is suspended for 1 game as it wasn't straight red. Only misses the next match.

The ref wasn't great, but hardly overly affected the game...we have had WAY worse over the years.

Today is on us mainly, imo.

I’m usually critical with these type of performances as you are well aware of lol but the ref’s poor decision making definitely impacted the game. We were playing with 10 men for literally a whole half.

Their LB was getting toyed with in the first half by Saka. As soon as we were a man down, he didn’t really have that luxury as we sat deeper.
