Hes underperforming compared to his previous seasons in terms of G&A output, & ultimately that's what matters.

That's a fair argument to make but G&A is a surface level analysis of a player's performance. The point is if the underlying metrics are good, the G&A will follow.

I have a feeling Noni will start on the left anyway with Trossard seemingly out. Not his strongest position, but he cannot be any worse than Nelli against a low block.

Our woeful creative form in the last month means this game has draw written all over it. Just can't see Saka, Martinelli, Trossard, Eze suddenly dragging themselves out of it.

It's very unfortunate that Dowman is still so young because legit think he or would bring so much to out attacking play and dispel think creative slump.

Same team as Leverkusen will likely start with Trossard or Madueke swapped with Martinelli. Another problem in and of itself, manager just doesn't care to test some of these guys. Nørgaard should be playing games like these tbh, and is probably a better option than Zubimendi at the moment anyway.

I am going to miss this one due to a mates birthday, but at least it keeps a few grey hairs away.

Will also add that there aren't PL wingers that Saka should even be compared to right now. He should be getting compared to Olise, Yamal and so on.

I agree, the boys need to show an improvement from the Leverkeusen game and I trust they will. When we haven't played well we have always found a way and when we do play well we blow teams away.

I just hope I won't regret these words later today!
