Mikel did a decent job this match. Pleasantly surprised. This is the only reason i never gave up on him and why I criticize him so much. He has shown he tries to correct his errors and improve and takes criricism as feedback.

He started Eze. Pushed Gabriel up to counter Palmer. Brought Martinelli and Havertz at the right time. Gave Gyok and Rice a little breather instead of running him ragged for 90. Kept Eze on for longer than usual to make a point. Good stuff and hopefully we see more of this

As much as we clown Rosenior, he gets it. If we continue scoring & winning games from set pieces, & it helps us bring trophies, the majority of fans won't give a sh*t 💁🏼‍♂️

Tbh I have no sympathy for Chelsea, neither should any Arsenal fan. If it was another team then sure but the way their fans have been shamelessly celebrating cheating over the years and the whole “boys vs men” gimmick they used to run when they had Drogba, Essien, Lampard, Ballack, Terry and co. It’s well deserved imo and I’m glad they’re getting a taste of their own medicine. Those are the same fans that were shaking their cheeks after a heroic 1-1 win earlier this season at The Bridge and making it seem like they were involved in the title race.

Pretty sure their fix for all of this will be to spend more next summer instead of using the players they have loaned out or on their books. They had 15 players out on loan at the start of the season including Geovany Quenda who is extremely talented and a bunch who weren’t even playing like Mudryk who signed on a 8.5 year contract - why should anyone have sympathy for a filthy institution who sign players like it’s a trial and error experiment? If anything, they should be banned.

Zubi looks ok, he plays more economically than Rice. But yeah always gives 110% fighting for every ball. Should take him off a bit more. I think Nørgaard can play along Zubi.
This is Zubimendi's first year in the Prem. People are forgetting that. There's a reason why he looks like a deer caught in headlights sometimes.
