Tryna get tickets for this, and will host drinks at mine before the game. The perk of a Saturday 8pm.

Great timing matey - “ Available in stores from today, Aldi’s delightful Nicolas de Montbart Champagne Brut (75cl) has been reduced to an incredible £9.99, down from £13.99, just in time for Christmas celebrations!”

On paper this is by far the easiest match of the season.

There's no way this could be a banana skin, right?

“ It's no one's god given right to win". - George Graham, 1992, after Champions Arsenal suffered one of the biggest FA cup upsets of all time.

You got to put in the work, leave any thoughts of a game being easy until full time.

No reason to rest/rotate here unless players are injured or in the red zone. After this game we have 7 days off till our next one against Everton and after that we play in the league cup where we can rotate again. There will be plenty of opportunities to rest and rotate players over the next couple of weeks.

Leeds at home will be hard to beat. They were the perfect combination of garbage defensively and adventurous offensively. I think Wolves will set up to keep the scoreline down, so it’s down to our finishing and a sane referee how bad it gets for them.

On paper, yeah. Every time I've seen Wolves this season (which is only a handful of times tbf), they look like they've given up already and are ready for their turn to go down. They could just turn up, teams usually tend to randomly put up a fight against us, but I think we should beat them.

usual cup final for them like all the minnows we play
Game will be tighter than we think. can't look at their record. just play our way and do the job.
Villa only beat them 1-0 but i have no context of that game at all.

start Jesus upfront and bring on Gyok at halftime. Start Nwaneri, Ødegaard in the zubi role and Nørgaard in midfield. Martinelli and Maudeke on the wings. White and Skelly on fullback and who ever is available at centreback.

Give Merino, Rice, Zubi, Saka, Calafiori, Timber Trossard etc a rest. better to lose few games than to run into ground the key players and destroy the season.
