Very good performance overall, particularly first half. Good reaction to the Porto game.

I'm nitpicking but we should have kept a clean sheet. The last 15 minutes or so was too disjointed and sloppy even with subs being made.

Standards needs to be sky high for the full 90 every match if we're going to win this title.

Both can be true. We were excellent and Newcastle were awful.

We’re getting a bit of luck in that we are facing teams when they are in bad form
Newcastle had very good starting 11 there we had injures too there still no Timber Tomi Partey Zinchenko and Jesus. They couldn't handle us imo better finishing it could be 6 at least

We've scored 6 more goals than Citeh with the same number of games played?

But AM told me we can't score goals and need Ivan Toney stat
People were saying Arteta couldn’t coach an attack, off the back a season that included our highest ever goal tally.

I think we could shore up our front line, but we are formidable.

And I suppose Xhaka just happening to face the worst Bayern and Dortmund sides in decades on the way to his league title has no luck whatsoever, right 😉

It's our gameplan to suffocate teams. It's not that they are bad, we make them look like relegation fodder.

We have much better depth though. Newcastle without Joelinton and Pope makes a huge difference to them.

I agree, we have to strictly judge our subs too. They are important for our title challenge, they can't be stinking up the place like this coming in.
