Prediction
Brentford 1-2 Arsenal

Was on Vinai's payroll; misses 4th place trophy 🏆
It'll be interesting game for many factors first Brentford are decent team specially at home they physical got good players upfront with nice pace and experienced midfield and defence so anyone who thinks this will be straightforward need to rethink again gonna need our players to be clinical and at thier game physically. Also this is 5th straight game we'll face 5 at the back.

another interesting factor this game will be the last of matchday so we'll already know what man city did 24 hours before this game they could be 3 points behind and our players simply will have to respond.

The only change from Sunderland game is Gyo for Jesus.

He has but his season has been predictably disrupted by (you guessed it) hamstring injuries so he's spent most of the season unfit. Massive shame really but I figured that would happen.
Its shame because PL teams seem willing to take him first Fulham now Brentford but 10 games all season sadly and consistent muscular injuries im unsure if pl team will want him

Everyone knows he's good, but can he stay fit and be consistent is the question. He's 26 now, he's survived long enough to become Jesse Lingard 🙃

Honestly think this is going to be another 3 nil to Arsenal.
I think if we can nullify them on the counter then yeah it's not gonna be that difficult IMO. It will really come down to the mentality of the players going into this and how they respond to that last minute City win. They shouldn't let it rattle them because City really had to dig that out of the mud while we strolled through our game. We'll have to see what they do against Fulham but as long as we stay focused on winning our games then we shouldn't be rattled.

Think some less physical league might suit him he just need like at least to play 25 games a season to build some rhythm

I actually wouldn't start Eze away to Brentford, especially against Kayode.

This is the kind of tough looking match that we will put away pretty comfortably like Bournemouth away. I would go with this.

Raya
Timber Saliba Gabriel Hincapie
Zubimendi Rice
Madueke Havertz Trossard
Gyokeres

If Trossard isn’t fit play Martinelli.

I think we need Hincapie for this one vs their physical attack. Calafiori looked rusty the other day, we can bring him on later if needed.

Think this is the exact line up that Mikel will go with, only question is Calafiori vs Hincapie

Reading their forums, I can honestly say it’s the most confident I’ve seen an opposition fanbase ahead of an Arsenal game all season.

I recommend a course of pure haramball.

Read a tweet the other day which went something like this :

PRE GAME vs Arsenal: "They're overrated, we're going to do them"
POST GAME vs Arsenal: "Waaaa all they have is corner and set pieces"

I think it says more about the users on the forum than the quality of the team, if they really are coming off as the most confident you have seen.

I would have gotten that if it was when we were visiting Villa Park or something, but ultimately Brentford are 7th. They should stay in their lane.

Regardless, this will be a tough game, but so are pretty much 70% of away fixtures in the PL.

Hopefully they are confident enough to open up and try and play because if they do that we will show them what happens when you go toe to toe with the best team in the land. Their fans doing their part egging the team to push on will be good for us.
