We really need to press Fulham high. They’re not great in the first phase but if you sit back and let them come at you I think they have some of the best combination play in the league in the final phase. Really nice to watch tbh, wengeristic stuff.

Also what’s their record like defending corners? Asking for a friend…

Bring Partey on for Timber and Nwaneri on for MØ as soon we we're comfortable.

They'll be a threat but they can be gotten at. Don't think they have the most magnificent defence - we just can't let them attack us.

Reiss has unironically been one of their better players (lack of end product aside) so he'll actually be a miss for them, but his replacement is Adama and as wack as he can be, he's still Adama. The key will be keeping Pereira off the ball. He gives ESR and Iwobi their platform to shine.

We owe them for last year, Silva is an excellent manager and will have them organised and motivated but if we exploit their backline on saka's side we should get some joy, will be more difficult then the United game so hopefully big Gabi is back for it.

It’s not nearly as big a weakness with the current system that’s the thing. The system could change of course if we get a CF like Gyokeres. As it stands CF is behind LW for me.
Exactly. A LW who who can actually play football & produce end product as well as just being able run a lot & fast would increase the goal output of the team massively.

It would also allow our striker more opportunities to score.

Not sure who that guy is, but we need to find someone & quick.

They both have big weaknesses tbh we really need to sign a LW, it’s the lowest denominator in our squad by a distance.
Yeah the positive spin is we have a massive opportunity to upgrade this team. Big pressure on them to nail it.

Arsenal Quotes

My first ever football memory was Charlie George's double winning goal in 71. After that game; I just became an Arsenal fan.
