• To all AM members and guests.

For the start of the new season, Arsenal Mania has relaunched the news side of the site. All articles are written by genuine Arsenal fans with no hidden agenda. You can visit the site via the menu at the top of the forum pages or go direct to our homepage

Additionally, Arsenal Mania is now sending all its registered members a bi-weekly Briefing Bulletin containing a digest of news and views from both parts of the site. Some of you may have already received the first edition and those that haven't should do so before the big kick off against United. If you are a guest visitor to this forum then if you join as a member, you will automatically receive the Bulletin.

Please support both these initiatives and help ensure the long term future of our site.

There are always arguments happening on this forum, constant debates about things football related and non football related.

Do you like this poster, does that poster like you...do you like this player, do you like this manager...what's better, the more technical past or the more physical present...etc, it's never ending.

But today is one of those days where literally none of that matters, as a few words from a famous guy can be spoken about what's happening in a few hours...lads, it's Tottenham!

So let's forgot all the other sh1t for a bit, come together as a fanbase/forum and absolutely slap up these idiots today.

2-1 to the best part of a woman's body!

Letz fookin' go...COYG
You are quite the romantic.

Small blessing to get this game out the way early in the season, removes that small edge Sp**s gear themselves with when it’s later.

Buzzing for the Sp**s fanbase losing their minds if they win today though.

They’ll be better than us, they’ll be title challengers, they’ll be the Jonny Sims of the football world.

You could argue that Saka is more suited to the No 8 position than the RW.

If we'd signed a top RWF, it would have been easier to just plug Saka in Ødegaard's position without a massive drop in quality.

You mean RWF right?

Yeah, RWF.

If we had a top rwf, it would have been easy to shift Saka centrally.

We have Sterling…

I’m on the fence with moving Saka in though. Tottenham congest central areas and leave spaces down the wings to exploit. You want your best player out there.

I'm not talking about this game only. I'm talking generally. It's always nice to have that option in the back of our pocket ready to deploy.

But I agree with you. No change making that change this game. We could do that subsequently if Ødegaard's injury is worse than it is.

I've never been a goalscorer. I've only owned goals. Good own goals.
