Do you support closing the window when the season starts?

Is this a good thing?
IMO for Arsenal fans it means torture for a less amount of time.

Transfers will drag on regardless, they drag on because teams are playing chess with eachother and also sometimes pieces need to fall before things happen.

Shortening the timeline mostly just means this will happen earlier in the window and the panicking happens slightly earlier before the season starts.

Only concern factor is World Cup / Euros years. Will be tough ones.

@A_G is this based on the meeting between the clubs or just an agreement outside of that meeting? Hairspray is losing it already in March so I can't trust him.

Brilliant that it will be done before season starts, gets rid of all the bullshit. That's your squad get on with it. The rest of Europe will eventually follow.

I read that Man City and Chelsea could earn up to £80m for being in it. It's offering close to Champions League money for the big European teams that are in it so the clubs are probably going to love it.

Yes true the winner take 100M I read. But I'll be surprised if big clubs will play thier top players they'd still be favorites

The English codified the rules of football just as the French perfected wine. We don't often ask an English person to come over to make Bordeaux.
