Raheem Sterling: Raheem the Dream

The folk that are waffling now were saying the same thing about Timber and Gabriel last week 😂

The level of ball knowledge on here is really questionable these days.
Having said this we shouldn't be getting at him over 1 small cameo, in his first game in an intensive derby. I still think he can do something for us.

He's gonna be like Rice. Doing his pre-season during the season, but he didn't play during the summer break so is even further behind

The aura Wenger created around this club and is still here for everyone to see today.

Arsenal is the top club almost every top player wants to be at unless it's Real Madrid or Barcelona. Even then some players would love to come here when they are done there. Here everyone who has been at another top club finally feels at home. And Arsenal is the club every player regrets leaving.

He was obviously very effective today against poor opposition but what I liked most was the compete level - he was running his ass off right up to the point where he was subbed in a 5-1 blowout in a Carabao Cup game, in a situation where most veteran 'star' types cruise through in 3rd gear.

There have been some comments that 'he just doesn't give a **** anymore' and it sure didn't look that way today. Looked like a guy with a chip on his shoulder and something to prove.

Only Bolton, but I liked what I saw and he may help us. Kinda nuts Chelsea were willing to let a player such as him go to waste.

Its still good to batter a team like Bolton, shows the gulf and a nice run out for Sterling and others still getting used to the system. Would rather that than sneaking 2-1 past Watford.

Arsenal Quotes

My first ever football memory was Charlie George's double winning goal in 71. After that game; I just became an Arsenal fan.
