Going back a bit to quote this but I don't even have words for how much I hate anything that pretends top-level football in England started in 1992.
'Most Premier League goals' is not a record. Nothing about scoring a goal in the top level of English football was different in 1993 from 1991. Nothing about the league was even really different aside from a name change and how the money was distributed.
The worst was the 'Will Harry Kane break the EPL goal record?' thing which basically involved pretending that the first 5 years of Alan Shearer's career didn't exist.
