What you gonna do if I don’t?

It was a huge purple patch until proven otherwise, coming from the academy just means you didn’t cost anything. If you’re good you stay, if you’re not you can leave.

You're not going to start telling the whole forum that Saka and ESR are crap again like last summer are you...? That was embarrassing, ngl

Its funny Barcelona want guy who valued 80M but can't afford to pay for a guy who valued 50M and also asking him to take paycut. They are something else
A lot may depend on Dembele. They wont get fee for him tho if he moves on. If they dont have the money for Raphina, they cant pay. Simpletto.

Unless they sell Frenkie.

Deco works for Barcelona unofficially of course but everyone knows it.

He is there Chief South America scout.

The end game will always be to get Raphinha to Barcelona.

If that means transferring him to you first then he will.

Yeah, gotta hope United drag their feet with Frenkie.

It helps he doesn't want to leave Barca as well.

And di Maria too. They look want Lewandowski and Kounde first and that going to cost them 80m or more. I hope they give him final answer we can't afford to wait until August

Even if they sell De Jong they need to pay Pique a year's salary and Lewandowski and Silva will cost €100m. They were only interested in Raphinha in a bargain relegation sell-off.

Silva won't be sold, not this summer, meaning they'll have them funds to use elsewhere, eg, Raphinha.

I think your right mate, also Leeds wont want it to drag on either.

That's fine. We need someone to unload him to and take the inflated wages we'll no doubt pay him when he fails here!

Did this Leeds fan really sign up to make this comment? 🤣🤣

As long as we sign Raphinha to a long term deal then that puts us in a strong position as we’d be in no position to sell unless some ridiculous Coutinho type offer comes in which a broke club like Barcelona are in no position to make.

Also why should we care about what happens years down the line? We want Raphinha for next season, I think football fans these days concern themselves with too many hypothetical situations.

I wouldn't mind Arsenal being his sloppy seconds, but it does seem like that.
To be fair, Sloppy Seconds remains, to this day, Jackie Treehorn Productions’™️ #4 all-time grossing feature. Second choice can often work out great.
Which appears to be your point so I’ll just step away then…
