not once did Bissaka took the ball away from Gabi... ok, Gabi didn't destroy him, but corners are not a sign of great defending, or winning that duel.

Not sure why they’re showing other games but I thought AWB was very good against him 1 vs 1. My whole point is we’ve seen better games from Nelli especially when he gets in the inside.

Thought Reiss was great when he came on, did everything you want as an impact winger substitute.

Must admit I thought he was well and truly done, and not just here I doubted whether he’d make it in the PL, so massive credit to him. He’s a great option to have coming off the bench.

I said it once, play Nelson against low block teams, one of our best clean dribblers in the team, the speed at which he manipulates the ball is crazy (especially in his recent full confident state).

It's a shame he's not at a club like Brentford/Brighton developing his game, him, ESR and Vieira have stagnated due to Arteta.

Wonder where you stand on this, a mere 2 weeks later.

For someone that’s quite direct he looks slow to me. Hope to see him in the cup game next.

Trossard is our best final 3rd player, lethal around the penalty box. But I'm not that fond of him playing out wide to be honest, I would rather he be floating around the midfield like in the Barcelona pre-season game thus I would prefer Nelson on the LW. Especially with Martinelli's injury.

We know Ødegaard won't be dropped and Fabio Vieira is too good of a final ball specialist and deserves minutes and the Havertz midfield experiment... I prefer Havertz up top especially with Raya in goal to give us that outlet.

Good headache for Arteta to have, I didn't even mention ESR and that's how tight the competition is. However Fabio Vieira can play out on the RW as we seen lately plus Jesus has also played many minutes on the RW under Pep thus we can give Saka rotation.

It’s probably time to give up on the idea that this lad will come good and be a force here.

He’s too timid. Has a limited game. That Bournemouth goal has changed the trajectory of his life. He should be at a low half PL team right now or abroad.

Give Nwaneri his minutes.

How about we actually give him some minutes? What is your expectation of him? That he changes the game every time he gets his 5-15 minutes?

He’s not good enough to start and hasn’t been good enough to justify more minutes. I like the kid but what does he really offer? I would’ve let him go and maybe looked to get someone else in.

Thought he looked quite lively and positive when he came on. Whether that would translate with regular minutes who knows but might've helped had he came on earlier.

I think he offers a lot and would do so if he got the minutes Eddie gets for example.

Not sure what you're watching mate. We were half asleep as a team before he came on, he instantly provided a spark. We had nothing going on from the left, down the stretch all of our actions came from the left.

He's constantly driving at the opposition, looking to take men on and make something happen.
