Chelsea look a long way off, with half a season to go, but I think we have some good momentum and could do something for the second half of the season.

I like Renee a LOT. She's brought a calmness and freedom to the team's play. It's obvious in the body language on the pitch.

In her interview she says she never thought of herself as a coach. It kind of feels like she couldn't see it because she was born to the role. It's a lot more work, but she doesn't have to get outside herself to do the job. Jonas's relentless intensity, positivity and fiddling kind of wore itself out with the team. They needed someone they could relate to, because this team is good and wasn't showing it in results.
