He won’t be back in training until December at best and won’t play until January. By the time he adapts, the loan will be nearly over.
Arsenal will be okay and much better than this season if they only sign alvarez Rodgers Brown and Lukeba. Cala, Trossard martinelli jesus and even gyokeres can all leave. Rodrygo is just a bonus. We won't be spending any money on him and he is only 24.

If Calafiori goes, it confirms my hypothesis that we are about to see the death of the inverted fullback. The Hincapie signing was the first sign and the links to that German LB won’t go away. I told you @Heavy Duty Rom its 442 from now on.

Would be a huge mistake to lose Calafiori. I do agree, we could well go back to the box 442. However, if we go do, it wouldn't be the line up you posted. Mikel would never go Eze LW, MLS LCM and Rogers LCF. And we wouldn't start Rogers and Kroupi as our starting CFs.

People think Eze will move to LW, in the biggest game of the season, Trossard started ahead of him, and Martinelli came on instead of him.

Why on earth would you sell Cala??? I mean we don't need to sell, keep the group together and make it stronger. The moment you sell, you will need to buy at a much higher price his replacement.

Plus I think that Real will go for Gvardiol.

I agree, he’s still young, his injuries may not continue as they have. He’s a great player, I’d keep him and rotate more with Hincapie. We play over 60 games, rotation is vital.

Re Eze, I also agree, he won’t be LW and I’m not sure he’ll be attacking mid starter. Depends who we buy and what happens to Ødegaard.

The idea of Calafiori outweighs the reality of him. Obviously, he’s supremely talented, but he doesn’t do enough in the final third to warrant the freedom he gets. His superpower is his build-up ability. I’ve seen this happen before when injury prone players are rated above their impact on the team. The bigger mistake would be turning down a huge fee for him.

Eze has been more impactful from the left. He struggles to stay engaged while playing centrally. Besides Trossard and Nelli will go. Rogers made his name playing CAM, while Eze made his name playing LW.

If we will sell him then we will need another 2 left foot defenders instead of 1.
I like him and I think we should refuse any offer below 70m. We can protect him more if we will play him more LCB than LB.
Protect him from what? The guy is injury prone. He’s also really not good defender when he plays on the left
