PSG situation is far from normal tbh.
They don’t have to play loads but Cala isn’t rotated, he’s always injured.

He gets injured for no reason a shocking amount of the time. Guy was fit then next thing is missing the CL final. When does it end with him?

Nah he was available for the CL final Arteta didn't pick him

This most likely means they have got approval of arsenal willingness to sell otherwise they won't be wasting their time
Madrid? They don't care about that. They tap up whomever they feel like tapping up just like Barca. At any rate, it really doesn't matter because we have zero need to sell so they can either come up with a ridiculous transfer offer or bugger off.

I genuinely wouldn’t mind entertaining this and giving them a decent deal, if they re-sign Nico Paz with their €9m clause from Como then loan him out to us with an obligation to buy.

Would solve our AM issue with a top player + there are decent options available if we’re looking for a replacement for Cala.

Just want us to sign a proper LB replacement because I could see us signing say Diomande who can occasionally play at LB to replace him.

In reality though it would be MLS rotating with Hincapie when he should be our starting midfielder.

Yeah generally I wouldn’t be losing too much sleep if we decide to sell him. He’s a very good player when fit however there are many traditional attacking LB’s out there who could do a solid job for us plus Hincapie is class defensively and can cover at CB, so to find the opposite going forward wouldn’t be that difficult. The LB we’ve been linked to in Nathaniel Brown looks quite promising. Even when the links started coming through weeks back, I think @jones said he’s like a Saka regen. There’s also Truffert, Lewis Hall or even more of a gamble in Methalie who seems perfect for the PL.

Not sure if there’s the same quality in AM, so we could use it to our advantage if Real Madrid are that keen on Cala. They don’t even need Paz tbf given the amount of quality on their books.

Yeah I like what I’ve seen of Hall but you’re probably paying more than Calafiori’s sale.

Would take Brown considering he’s in the German squad and is hardly a kid. Very smart buy.

Might help with our pursuit of Kylian if we sell there.

Yea definitely, completely different type to any full back we have. He's even played CM and RW last season as he's so comfortable on the ball and well rounded you can throw him anywhere and he'll be ok.

I would definitely take Truffert, especially if we're going to play the likes of Eze / Rogers (if we sign him) nominally out wide on the LW.

We're not going to sell Calafiori. People are acting like he's a Diaby who plays 1-2 times per season. He appeared in almost 70% of all PL games this season. We just have to manage him carefully and selectively play him against the better sides.

Don't think he can be unsellable, because of his constant injuries. Clubs need to start paying up though if they want any of our players.

Arsenal Quotes

"Arsenal come streaming forward now in surely what will be their last attack.

A good ball by Dixon, finding Smith for Thomas, charging through the midfield... It's up for grabs now! Thomas! Right at the end!

What an unbelievable climax to the League season"

Brian Moore on the Thomas' winning goal at Anfield in 1989
