Rodrygo

Yousif Arsenal

Was on Vinai's payroll; misses 4th place trophy 🏆
I mean why would Arsenal even be interested in Rodrygo if they feel he'd cost them lot of money? Who they fooling here?

Like they didn't know he'd be expensive signing until they explored?

Just stop pretending you broke Arsenal it's getting really embarrassing now. At least be honest and tell us we can't sign Rodrygo instead of lying to us

This is feeling like the Benzema linked summer. We waiting and then got nothing in the end. I hope we are not putting all the eggs in this basket.

As it stands:

Arsenal is interested in signing Rodrygo
Rodrygo isn‘t interested in signing with Arsenal
Real Madrid is interested in selling Rodrygo

It‘s possible to do this with a great offer, however my prediction is that Bayern is going to swoop in quick and get it done.

We’ve also got Partey, Jorginho and Tiereny off the books, so we’ve freed up over £300k p/w.
Not having this “ we can’t afford him “ ****. not when we’re the club paying Havertz £280k an week after paying Chelsea £70m for him.

rodrygo seems like a guy thatd hang on to dear life to stay at real madrid, even if he rots the bench. The only way i see him leaving is if real gets toxic and threatens to send him to reserves if he doesnt leave

Trust me, those Spanish big clubs can act toxic when they wants you out. Fans will stay outside cursing at you for being a leech. Or things like 3 minutes subs for example is just humiliating for player his caliber. Or posting on Twitter like 90 min in the Bernabeu is a very long time on the bench.

This won't be a problem for us. Three's still this boring perception that we have no money. to spend. It's such a tired old argument now.Poor show by Sami.
But its probably what his source has reported to him. Makes total sense to me when considering how Arsenal move. They have the financial ability to do it but they will probably exceed the transfer budget set by the Kroenkes without a sale. The key is selling Martinelli imo.

Or we stop pissing around and make a frigging bid.

I don’t think we’re really interested as we have agreed personal terms with a player that’s club Chelsea that are also still in the competition like Madrid so what’s stopping us ..?

That Mokbel line is a bit of a nothingburger guys. I wouldn't worry about it. We all know the finances of the club, they are just feeding this bs line to journalists.
