He will stay in Real, he will be included in Real squad for CWC.
I've heard that Vinicius did his hamstring last night against Paraguay, therefore Rodrygo might play LW in CWC.

We must focus on other LW targets.
It was premature to open thread about him when it wasn't clear whether he will available.

This isn’t a dealbreaker.

When Vini is fit he’s the undisputed starter at LW.

Madrid will need a sale to offset Huijsen, the Benfica LB and the Argentinian guy (they’re also said to be in the market for a CM and CF).

You don't know if they need to sell.
They are current no. 1 in Deloitte Money League.

If Rodrygo will go to USA to CWC, it means that he won't be available before mid July.
Is it worth to wait so long for player who might not be available at all, and while waiting we might lose other potential targets?
This sounds typical Arsenal.

1st place in the CWC is worth close to 100m. Ain’t no way Rodrygo wasn’t going with so much at stake. I think the agents will still be able to work out a deal if the player is going to move.

Logic and history suggests that it’s a likely scenario. Perez isn’t sentimental, if there is a guy that’s surplus to requirements he will move them on.

The issue with not getting Rodrygo is that we will not sign anyone up front who has elite level talent.

At least one of our attacking signings should be well known class.

Using that logic we can never sign anyone who plays in a World Cup or European Championship.

Šeško is definitely not well known class, he is just project now.

They don’t really do they? They’re absolutely balling, turn a profit most years and everything. Over a billion in annual revenues fs.

If you study the way they operate, especially since the Hazard deal/Covid, they run a pretty tight ship.

I think it’s as much to do with squad harmony as anything.

Yeah I agree with this and do think there’s a decent chance they’ll look to sell Rodrygo but I don’t think Huijsen has anything to do with it.

He had problems with Ancelotti who isn't there anymore.
So far it is not clear if he will leave.

It’s not just him, the other two signings as well (and reports they want to add a LB from Benfica and that Argentinian guy).

They probably don’t need to sell Rodrygo for an immediate P&L gain, but I’d imagine they’d want to to fit their financial strategy.
