We’re getting fleeced for that amount. Paying the top end of his value and pushing a bit more even. He plays in the Belgian league and had 2 knee injuries already.
Somehow added bonuses and a sell on % on top.

I never noticed anything about his kee injuries when he was playing, so that's really no issue for him. The Belgian League is quite physical. And the Belgian league has given some really talanted young players in the last years, especially from Anderlecht and KRC Genk.
I would have never suspected that he would go for 20M though, that's really the maximum price RSCA could ask, but he is worth the price. And then those extra bonuses. Really good negotiations by the TD of RSCA. Sambi can only become better, he's mature enough. There was a reason Kompany picked him as 2nd captain. I have fairly high hopes that he can succeed with Arsenal.

When is this going to be announced? Why does our club always announce all official signings so long after they are done? Every other club announces theres straight away, we don't for at least 3 weeks after it's been done.

It's most likely because London Colney is on lockdown currently due to a positive COVID case. This also explains the delay in Kido Taylor-Hart's contract being announced.
