I had no idea where to put this one. A fan reaction popped up on my YouTube and this made me laugh from our game with Napoli. We scored and the old bloke went off on one.

Roma and Como are only good teams here but inter depth and experience will make them win this league yet again
Yeah, reckon that in Seria A they can be threat to Inter, but in Europe they become very uncompetitive and not real quality like in the past, it was at least one very good team recently like Inter or Juve, but they got worse.

I don't know where to post it, I will post it here because he is former AC Milan player

What a fall for Leao.

In the 4-0 defeat to Trabzonspor, with a hat-trick from Mohamed Salah, some pundits compared him to Zaha: a video of him is already doing the rounds online with the song Salako in the background, taken from Kemal Sunal's 1974 film, with the track referring to the naive and foolish character. The statistics show 65 touches, 21 times possession lost and 4 shots without ever finding the target, only 27 successful passes out of 38, 6 duels won out of 11 and 5 successful dribbles out of 9".
Losing possession 21 times in a match is no way to win people over, and if, instead of showing competitive fire, you stroll around the pitch, the fans do not take it well. After a long summer negotiation, Leao arrived at Galatasaray and the Turkish club paid €38 million to AC Milan, plus 20% of any future resale, while guaranteeing the 1999-born player a contract worth €10 million net per season. Galatasaray chose him as an internationally renowned signing, but his first matches have not lived up to expectations. The Portuguese forward, called up by the national team, will have to rediscover form, confidence and consistency to show he can be decisive in his new shirt, not least because the Turkish fans already seem fed up.

Leao, flop start at Galatasaray: he is already in the sights of the fans as he was at AC Milan | Goal.com

When I think back to how I was attacked on this forum when I said he became a lazy good-for-nothing.

When I think back to how I was attacked on this forum when I said he became a lazy good-for-nothing.

It was always the same few people who got enamored by his highlights, didn't really keep up with his performances, and thought he had a switch that would allow him to turn it up. He hasn't done it since the last time Milan won the title which was four years ago and has never done it for Portugal.

Enthusiasm and perseverance are crucial attributes for someone to reach their potential in any field. You need to have the enthusiasm to turn up consistently and the perseverance to stay focused when faced with adversity.

Leão has been a very wishy-washy character for years. If his game isn't flowing smoothly due to a clear mismatch in his ability and the opposition, he'll just stop trying altogether and actively hurt the team. I don't think he enjoys the competitive or the camaraderie side of football, he just enjoys doing tricks and being a flat-track bully. He's already 27, I don't think that'll change. It's a bummer, because an enthusiastic and focused Leão would've been a Ballon d'Or candidate and one of the most fun players in the world to watch.

He has all the talent and physicality to be Ballon d'Or candidate, but his head (his mentality) is his problem.

Arsenal Quotes

I've got the best goalkeeper and the best centre half. All I need are the best wingers and the best forward. It doesnt matter what the rest are like.
