Sham City: Enzo’s Messca

[Steps]

I saw someone on Redcafe say Calafiori was unlikeable and I was like what? Why? Because people like to say he's handsome?

Unfortunately, yes. Too many men project their own insecurities on to others in wildly awkward ways.

Also because he is extremely talented and makes opposition players look pedestrian.

Add the two together and they can't stand it.

[Trilly]

Seeing these entitled delusional c**ts crying about f**king PGMOL is shameless. Like really, what planet do they live on? Oliver is literally on their payroll, and they've pretty much never had a decision go against them, yet they b**ch about refeering?

Sadly I have no faith in them getting any repercussions for their blatant cheating these last 15-16 years. If any justice had been done they'd lose all the trophies from 2009 up to now and be relegated to the Championship. The most soulless club (and fans) in the world.

Every team gets referee decisions for/against them.

I can’t believe we’re still doing this in 2026.

[Trilly]

@Red London its really not that deep that a team that are used to dominating tend to have some sore losers when they aren’t.

This is elite sport??

[Topside]

Imagine being an Arsenal member and as of today you are able to go onto our clubs website and buy three tickets for our next home game in the PL as they are on general sale, three tickets per membership!

MC v BHA is on general sale up to three per person.

Arsenal, Liverpool, MU try getting three PL tickets together on general sale at any of these clubs last 20 years plus.

No chance.

They're definitely buying Guehi now.

[Steps]

Unfortunate for Gvardiol.

Meanwhile, Pep on the phone with Sheikh Mansour:

[boonthegoon]

They'll surely buy someone now. Unlike us last Jan.

Surprised it was a leg break. Knew it was serious the way he hobbled off but it didn't look like a big impact or anything he just kinda fell over. Expected it to be ligament or muscle related.

Yeah, seemed pretty innocuous

I don't have any Ill will towards Gvardiol. Good player tbf hopefully he recovers alright.

Don't think it even benefits is all that much, Man City will just spunk £50m on Guehi or whoever this window.

[Thrice]

Technically they should still have more than enough centre backs. But Stones and Ake are past their prime, Ruben Dias is one of the most overrated defenders in the league, and Khusanov was never good to begin with.

[redwhiteAustrian]

Well, that's bad news, for them, eh.

Gvardiol has been really good. Can play a few positions and reminds me a bit of Calafiori, he’s quite clutch.

They’ll miss him loads. Not sure Guehi does much for them.

[blaze_of_glory]

Hope he can recover fully for the start of next season.

[bastun]

Never want to see an injury to any footballer. Speedy recovery to him. For City it doesn't matter. They will just throw 100+ millions on someone else. I fully expect to see Guehi a City player by the end of the window. Pep will go twerk to the Sheikh like the good boy he is

[Iwobeast]

That’s a huge miss for them, really good player

Will Gehui really want to go there with the 115, Pep likely leaving etc?

Not sure - after his dalliance with and escape from Liverpool - City petrodollar is not that attractive, as he can leave at the end of the season on a free.

[Gooner Zig]

However the City players are genuinely so arrogant I’m surprised it’s not a commonly spoken about thing, their entitlement and snideness is on another planet to the rest of the league.

Mate, there's nothing more satisfying seeing that rat Silva and his mate Rodri cry.
