League is very weak
He wasn’t leaving anyway, guy was always going to see out his deal. Why would he leave now anyway when Arteta was picking him.

****ing bum.

Means we arent getting rid of Mustafi this year and probably means having to go into next season with what we have maybe minus 1 CB. So instead of shifting a couple we probably will be as we were.

Jesus, say what you want about his ability or his mistakes and what have you, but he's only ever proven himself to be a nice guy and a good professional with a strong character, and to miss two cup finals through injury is just really unfortunate. He deserved to play in this final, so I feel really sorry for him.

Guy's shown class attitude during his time here. Doesn't have what it takes to perform consistently throughout a season, but always 100% committed. Ok to have him as a rotation for the duration of his deal.

Injuries didnt stop us from buying Tierney. Hopefully, his form under Arteta will let Raul trick someone into buying him.

Good dude, good attitude, good-ish player. We likely won't be able to get money back for him this summer, but even without the injury I'm not sure we should have been selling. Have about 10 CBs we need to get rid of before him.

We are different class when it comes to buying injured players. Not every club would sign Kim Kallstrom when he had a broken back.
That was just the oddest of signings. An injured, over the hill player who was so slow it was painful. Made Giroud look like a racehorse.
