you know what mate.. wenger bought viera when he was a bench warmer in ac milan.. and overmars was a few months on the transfer list before wenger went for him as well.. henry wasn't that well known before.. toure just cost half a miliion.. anelka also doesn't cost much.. the think with wenger is that he can make the players play magically under him.. he's also far sighted.. thus i say bring on rivaldo..
