Think people are blinded by BVB's last season and the low fee. He's been linked to Utd, Real, Juve, etc. over the course of the last two years. He's coming cheap for Dortmund's botched season, his wish to leave, Dortmund being alright with it for some dodgy reason, and his short contract length. Only costing 20m instead of 40 for being 30 and having only one year left doesn't make him a worse player.
