Also I’ve suggested a 352 formation, something that Italian coaches would frequently employ.
Gk CB CM and 2 wingers that's should be our targets this summer.

I agree but that back 3 and gk is atrocious. Özil and Xhaka as wing backs is the worst thing I have seen.

I keep reading about this “rebuild” that Arsenal needs and I keep scratching my head.
In an ideal World my starting eleven would be this:
Oblak
— Mahrez — Xhaka — Kante — Martial—
— — — — Lacazette — — — PEA — — — —
However, the above lineup is a pipe dream. We are not gonna be spending like Citeh, PSG, Barcelona or United nor are we gonna offer Real Madrid/Bayern Munich type wages to get those players.
Unfortunately, Arsenal are not an attractive club anymore with all the money involved and with no CL football.
We gotta make do with what we have and what we can realistically get.
The first step is to the bring in the correct manager.
Allegri or Conte would be perfect. However if we can’t get those two then get Benitez as a short term solution. He has done an excellent job with Newcastle with a much lower budget and less quality players.
We need to have very realistic expectations for next season.
A Europa League win should be the first priority. A top 4-5 finish in the PL would be great. A good run in one or preferably both the domestic cups would be a bonus.
This would be my squad for next season:
GK:
Ospina - First choice. I would make him the No. 1 under the new manager and give him a run. If he doesn’t have a good season we sell him next year and get a better GK.
Macey (Cup Keeper)
Cech (Mertesacker role)
Defenders:
- Nacho (LB)
- Sead (LB)
- Mustafi (CB) [I’d keep him for one more season. Last chance for him]
- Chambers (CB)
- Mavropanos (CB)
- Holding (CB)
- Hector (RB)
- New RB either Lukas Klostermann or Jeremy Toljan
I believe that our young CBs deserve a chance to prove themselves under the new manager. I believe that a better tactician can get more out of them.
Midfielders:
- Starting New DM. This could be Nzonzi, Carvalho or Danilo
- Elneny (Backup DM)
- Xhaka (CM)
- Ramsey (CM)
- Wilshere (CM)
- Santi (CM)
- AMN (CM/DM)
- Willock (CM)
- Mkhitaryan (AM)
- Özil (AM)
Forwards:
- Lacazette

- Eddie
- Welbeck
- New Winger. Preferably Mahrez but even someone like Martial or Draxler would be nice.
I think this squad under better coaching should be good enough to possibly win the Europa League (provided no heavyweight team drops down from the CL) and finish top four in the league and possibly have a decent League/FA Cup run.
From the above squad this would be Arsenal’s best possible lineup:

Mahrez and Mkhitaryan can act as decent impact subs.

seems the media attack is now focused on Jack, Xhaka and Özil. Xhaka is the easiest target, as he is relatively unprotected, and is the lynchpin for us. If he stays and grows stronger, we will be really healthy.

I don't think two strikers is the way to go, although I wouldn't be against it if the coach would do it ocassionally for tactical reasons. Ideally, I'd play a variant of 4-3-3, with a holding, all-action and offensive midfielder, and a maximum of one winger that cuts inside.
Taking that formation and looking at what I think our player's best positions are (let alone whether they are good enough) there are already a few holes in our squad:
GK: Cech, Ospina
RB: Bellerin
CB: Mustafi, Chambers
CB: Koscielny, Mavropanos, Holding
LB: Monreal, Kolasinac (fine)
CDM: Maitland-Niles, El Neny (both don't qualify for starting XI)
CM: Xhaka, Wilshere
CAM: Özil, Ramsey, Iwobi (fine)
RW: Mkhitaryan, Nelson (fine)
ST: Aubamayang, Lacazette, Nketiah, Welbeck (fine)
LW:
Now the bolded, I want out and the underscored I think will go. Ramsey is a special case. I consider him a CAM/second striker, in which capacity I would not mind him staying, but he would be backup to Özil. I don't think he would accept this, hence move him on (I think he is disastrous as CM).
Iwobi could cover LW, but not as a first choice. That leaves many positions that require strengthening.
Just looking at this list, for the first XI we desperately need: GK, CB, CDM , LW.

Think Martial is a good talent, but we’ve got enough central-ish attacking players (even though they’re occasionally deployed on the wing) that he’s probably not worth bringing in for the fee they’d want.
I was a heels on the chalk, non-inverted winger who can hyper-reliably put in a cross. That and a top CB and two midfield players (one could be Jack on a reasonable deal). GK is a need too, though I wouldn’t mind us rolling the dice a bit on a young, high-ceiling guy.

We really lost 13 games in the league this season, say what you want but this squad needs an overhaul after the last 2 seasons. A really pathetic bunch of players, led by a clown in Koscielny.
The Fabregas era teams were much better, only reason this team won more trophies is cos Arsène never took domestic cups seriously back then.

A look at how few in our squad will be at the WC and starting for their countries speaks volumes about the lack of quality in our squad. This will be the first care free WC I've experienced in 20 years.

Been saying all season we need totally new spine. Koscielny has taken himself out of the equation forever. Sad for him but our gain.

That's pretty good by our standards. We're not far off a title winning squad imo.. a top keeper, a tricky winger and an experienced central defender, we have all the other tools.
