Well bloke is on a long term contract and it's a long term project , I am pretty sure everyone know this . Again no one at Arsenal has thought this through . Will be next season before we replace him if we are lucky .

Believe me you don't want Bergkamp back at Arsenal in such a role. He is actually a really arrogant guy who does not work well with others. At Ajax he once said to the manager Peter Bosz when talking about transfers that Bosz shouldn't have a say, because he hasn't played at a high level himself. Bosz said that he played for Feyenoord and Dennis just replied "exactly".

On a more optimistic note. During LVG'S final season with us at Barca he failed spectacularly. We were nowhere near getting top 4 and looked like the club waa finished. We had good but not great players but it looked like we were finished.

Then we made some changes, bought in Rijkaard, trusted in youth and began our rise to the top.

No reason Arsenal cant do the same and trust in youth and the academy. You just need to find the right personal to trust to better the club.

Although at Barca the supporters own rhe club, so there's no conflict of interests everyone wants the club to be as successful as possible. Maybe not the case with Kroenke.

If you want change he needs to be pressured to sell the club like Sp**s fans did with Sir Sugar.
