Takehiro Tomiyasu: Back Tak, Or Sack?

Yousif Arsenal

Was on Vinai's payroll; misses 4th place trophy 🏆
I just read he might need knee operation because he not recovering as expected? It's pretty sad at this point his footballing career must be finished.

"There's a major difference between Tomi's availability and theirs [KT & TP5]. It's laughable to even put him in the same category. "- @DuBB Nov '23

Tomi just confirmed in his insta that he had surgery in his right knee few days ago.
Renewing this guy is one of the weirdest dumbest things we’ve ever done.

I’d only be okay with it if the club say they did it as a good will gesture but I don’t think that’s the case here. Someone f*cked up. Massively.

Gotta admit to taking a huge L by being behind this renewal, I said it was maybe worth it because his profile is so rare that him going from a 40% to an 80% availability would be huge, but now he has gone to a 0% availability jfc

Timber is also that same profile of playing across all the backline but with almost 100% availability and probably a higher ceiling, so...

Guy just had surgery and they're all telling him to leave lol Arsenal fans worst in the world.
Ok maybe timing is wrong but I feel how jaded fans get from permacrocks. It’s not Tomi fault but the club can carry players who are never available. KT, Tomi and Zinchenko have been really bad for availability. Need to get rid of all three to be honest

Get well soon Tomi.

What is with the decision making, they took the entire season to decide on the surgery?

Btw my 3 yo still keeps asking about Tomiyasu, I really don't know how but the name Tomiyasu has stuck with him. Keeps calling everyone Tomiyasu now since we hardly ever see Tomi play now.

To be fair I think it's just unlucky outcome he had tough times after that if we can predict future we wouldn't lol

His contract is over in 2026 so he’s only here for like a year longer no need to bring the pitchforks out.

No one ever this type of energy for Tierney, is it an underbelly colour thing?

Arsenal Quotes

There is no chance of Sol ever leaving for Arsenal. He is a Spurs fan and there is not a hope in hell of him playing in an Arsenal shirt.
