All the doom and gloom nobody knows how it'll play out yet, stop fretting, Josh will be on the board. Lets just see what happens.

You don't get it. It's not just about what will happen in the future. It's a fundamental change in the history of the club. It has never been owned by one person. Fans have always had a stake and a say in the running of the club. There will be no more AGMs, no more transparency. It is the death of Arsenal Football Club and it's f*cking terrible news, simple as that.

What a shame the AST spent so much of its energy fighting the wrong battle. Here are the pigeons now, home and ready to roost.

Your tone kinda comes across as smug there fella. Even the great man Wenger has recently admitted he outstayed his welcome. Fcuk your pigeons. x

Times change. Simple as that, if it propels us to winning CL/PL titles will you still be upset because Bob from London doesn't have his shares anymore? Nope.

The main point AST are trying to put across is that people wont be held accountable during AGM's and such, but what exactly have the AGM's done over the past 5 years to help us? **** all, they will not listen regardless it is simple as that.

I'm no expert on football finance or Arsenal's history, but I do know that transparency has not been much in evidence for many years

What say did the fans have in the running of the club in the last decade?

People are going to be happy only if the club is 100% owned by fans. But that is not realistic at all.

I don't know what to make of this situation to be honest. What is considered acceptable given today's footballing world? Did fans really had a say when Usmamov was on board, or even earlier before they came on? Is 100% Kroenke worse than 100% Usmanov ownership?

Oddly surreal that I had a feeling that Arsenal will never be the same again when Arsène left. This underlines the feeling

This was always going happen it just was prolonged 10 years due to the egos in old regime falling out & bringing in multiple rivaling billionaires.

The optimistic side of me has hope this could be a good day. Neither Kronke or Usmanov seem like good owners but having them both in dispute within the club the worst option.

Maybe now Kronke will invest more himself or even bring in outside investment on his terms. Us sliding down the league with three other huge stadiums now in London not good for him.

I think it is fairly obvious that we will remain a Top 6-8 club for a fair few years now. Anything over and above that along with an odd trophy here & there would be real success for us.

None, but people could ask questions at the AGM - which lead to meaningless answers - but it made the AST feel important.

Even if the club was 100% owned by the fans, would that really make much of a difference? I don't think so, fans aren't able to stump up 100M from their own pockets for every transfer-window. In the end money is all that matters.

Fella, fcuk you. It's not about Wenger. It's about having the foresight to fight the right battles for something you care about not the ones that give you a little temporary popularity.

If by say in running the club you mean that they've had a chance to make some noise and yell at Wenger and Gazidis then you're right. If you mean an actual say then they have always and will always have one, namely not buying tickets. That is and always has been the way to get your point across. Nothing has changed in that regard. There has never been any transparency. Nobody has any clue how much we have to spend etc.

Just catching up on this now. It's hard to see how it will play out but the signs aren't good.

Just to be clear. You are openly and formally accusing the AST of prioritising short-term populism over the long term well being of the club - is that correct sir?

It's a done deal.

Arsenal Delaware F. C. Inc. is born.

Expect us to turn a profit every transfer window from now on. EPL to lucrative for Stan to care about competing.

Big Weng died for nothing.
