So at the halfway stage of the seeding tournament let's have a look at the table so far...

And wow in an unbelievable surprise tournament runners myself and @A_G are leading the way at this early stage! I'm sure you'll all be buzzing to congratulate us as we leave you in our wake.

Whilst at the other end @Sapient Hawk has even managed four draws including an opening day upset against yours truly but has lost every game since Week 5 and @Fewtch even managed an upset win against @GDeep™

Bit surprising to see @JMB languishing down there but hopefully can turn it round.

And here's the red card list which may explain why pre-tournament favourite @Clrnc is languishing as with a 5 substitute bench he's been had two suspensions for Marcelo and shockingly Roy Keane.

Propping up the table like nobody's business.

Brings a tear of pride to my eye.

So first the bracket...

1768090385898.png

As I said previously we have 15 teams.

The numbers in grey boxes represent our seeds and the numbers to the left of the boxes are for what number the match will be. So in total you can see we will have 14 games to decide the Draft Champion and the first match of this tournament will be the 8th seed and the 9th seed.

I will now reveal the rankings of each contestant one by one...

In 15th place...

It wasn't all bad for this team... despite two 6-1 thrashings by @GDeep™ and @OnlyOne they still managed their only wins in the final games of the season to claw back some respectability...

1768091012236.png

First over @The Ducking Duck courtesy of a first half strike by legendary Number 1 pick Brian Deane.

Then a week later on the final day a famous victory over @Makingtrax in front of the home fans thanks to a second half blitz from Craig Bellamy and Giampiero Pinzi that even a late Cole Palmer stunner couldn't undo...

In 14th place...

Carefully sculpted through the means of randomiser this Europa League Dreamteam struggled to get off the ground for much of the competition.

Yes they managed a crazy upset win on Day 1 vs @GDeep™ when Mkhitaryan grabbed a last minute winner and shushed the gutted Brummie home fans...

1768091669981.png

But they had to wait 15 long weeks until their next win when they won the return match against @GDeep™ when Grealish scored a last minute winner and hushed the gutted Brummie away fans.

1768091754748.png

They managed two further wins against the lowly Sapient Hawks and then a massive away upset against @A_G when Bukayo Saka finally broke the deadlock after 81 minutes and subersub Wout Weghorst put any comeback hopes to bed with a stunning brace.

Next up with a massive 12 point jump to the team below is our current draft champion who decided to roll with the bold strategy of only selecting three defenders in the entire draft.

His vibes based defending struggled to win over the fans though and he ended the season on the hotseat where his contiuned love of playing the hopeless Jonathan Tah sank his side despite 6 goals each in the competition for Sergio Aguero and Harry Kane.

They did slap @Steps around at home though when Christian Pulisic of all people ran rampant in the second half off the bench...

Up next is a team many expected to do better considering their rock solid backline on paper and strikeforce of Sanchez, Shearer and Dembouz... but all three struggled for form and they often looked to substitutes David Villa and Falcao to make an impact off the bench.

None more so than when they routed @JMB at home thanks to a goal from Falcao following two comical own goals from Brazilians Maicon and Thiago Silva in front of their embarrassed Cityzen home fans.

Teams 9th to 11th only had two points seperating them so getting towards the business end now.

In a season that was up and down for all teams and finishing only 8 points behind their first round opponent 6th seed we have a team stacked with talent up front in Ronaldo and Batistuta who banged in goals for fun with 9 each in the league phase.

They put belt to ass on poor @Clrnc and @The Ducking Duck behind the woodshed showing they had all the talent in the world...

1768093634333.png

but none of the discipline.

With their manager's encouraged confrontational style Pirlo racked up an incredible 9 yellow cards and Lampard 6 to name two repeat offenders meaning their bench was often short handed for big games.

Our 11th seed with 37 points is @GDeep™

Next up is another team marred by poor discipline... playing in a straight 4-4-2 and fired by goals from Haaland and Shevchenko working up top in harmony could have torched the league. Their best victory was in front of the Steps faithful when they came from a goal down not once, not twice but three times to overhaul @jones and @2Smokeyy with an absolute last minute thunderbolt from Ribery to win the game.

1768094131201.png

The Steps fans were often left singing "Tragedy" however due to their cavalier approach to tackling.

Hakimi, Ruben Dias and even Shevchenko managed to get themselves sent off to go with three other players topping 7 yellow cards each which they'll have to stamp out in the next round.

Your 10th seeded team with 39 points is @Steps

When all the ratings were done this team actually had the second best XI on paper with class all over the pitch it didn't turn out as well as it could have.

In their sky blue tops and in front of their loyal fans shouting "CITY" to the sounds of Blue Moon @JMB City will have to hope their fortune changes in the next round.

Their four superstar Brazilians - Kaka, Ronaldinho, Adriano and Ze Roberto led the way in the goals for them. None more so than when they avenged an earlier defeat to hated rivals @albakos FC where Kaka went supersaiyan and scored a second half goal to go along with an assist to Adriano to secure the win on derby day.

Your 9th placed team also with 39 points but better goal difference than @Steps ... is @JMB

Must have gone on a decent run considering we were 13th half way through.
