Yeah but your team is shockingly bad, i put blood, sweat and tears into my team, picked an all star team and im 11th from 15.

Next up following the 2nd best team on paper is the BEST team on paper... I'm actually shocked these two are so low because ratings wise nobody compares to them.

I am at a loss to describe how it went this wrong for this team... but the blame should start with Karim Benzema who went through an all time dry patch and only scored a pathetic 1 goal in 28 games.

Rumours flew that @Clrnc had caught him videotaping teammates and the two had fallen out but even Cristiano Ronaldo and Bale banging in the goals couldn't right the ship.

In fact Ronaldo also fell out with his manager as Ronald Koeman was backed to take penalties by his boss due to his superior rating much to the Portuguese's frustration who doesn't like being told no.

Even a 4-1 won win over class of the competition Rex Rovers did little to cheer the fans as it drove home the real problems. Ronaldo scored but was fuming as Koeman banged in a decisive penalty to win the game.

In 7th a real fall from grace. This is their form before the midseason break...

They righted the ship somewhat before crashing to defeats in their final two games of the season against @Fewtch but also close friend and fellow corruption defendant @OnlyOne who spared no mercy this time.

Manager AGteta was at a loss to describe what had happened but fans blamed his conservative play and overreliance on set piece goals with beanpole Zlatan the only player to crack 5 goals and most of the assists coming from set piece takers Di Maria and Riquelme.

Your 7th place seed is @A_G and he will play @Steps in round one.

In 6th is a team I tried hard to rig the draft for but unfortunately they weren't quite able to get over the line and finished 1 point behind fourth place.

They will be a lively contender nonetheless and with the support of myself and @A_G we hope they will go far.

The highlight of the tournament for them was a win over hated rival @Makingtrax who after watching two Ramos headers and a Mahrez wonderstrike spent an entire press conference ranting about "Facts" waving a dossier that somehow implicated rival managers in helping @OnlyOne sign Thierry Henry...

No idea what he was on about personally but here's the score:



In the first round he will face frenemy @GDeep™ it's @OnlyOne in 6th with 45 points.

In 5th is a team that had the golden boot winner in Alessandro Del Piero. The guy was unstoppable bagging 11 goals and carrying his team to the upper reaches of the table.

The manager could be forgiven for being more cheerful instead focusing his interview time on attacking handsome and popular @Rex Caudillo for stealing some of his players which sounded like the ravings of a lunatic.

A thrilling win where David Beckham played @OnlyOne off the park with two assists and a goal put them in pole position to finish in top four with two games left but they choked hard losing their last two games conceding 6 and scoring none.



In fifth with 46 points and playing @dashsnow17 in round 1 it's @Bagels

Well at least I will be getting knocked out by someone I really like.

In fourth we have a team that couldn't defend but also couldn't be stopped from scoring. Despite banging in 54 goals they conceded 50 leaving them with a ridiculous Goal Difference of only +4.

They had three goalscorers who managed 9 or better - you'd expect Arjen Robben and Fernando Torres to get 19 goals between them but not Cesc Fabregas who went on an incredible scoring streak torching everyone who came up against him to finish with 11 goals and a tie for the Golden Boot.

This run of games sums up the absolute lunacy of their season...



A team that guarantees entertainment and who will face @Makingtrax in Round 1 and finishing in fourth on 46 points with marginally better Goal Difference than @Bagels it's @The Ducking Duck

In third it's the red hot team of the tournament entering the knockout phase... whilst they were languishing badly at the midseason break it finally clicked for MSN who absolutely steamrollered any opposition in the second half.

Just look at this insane run of form post break...



Whilst Luis Suarez their top scorer received most of the plaudits the real star of the show was the lockdown defending from Julio Cesar, Lucio and Jurgen Kohler to put the clamps on the opposition and set a base that managers Nathan @jones and @2Smokeyy Moyes could be proud of.

They talked a lot of sh*t and they faced a lot of criticism for a unique two manager set up - who is really making the decisions over there - but they powered through regardless despite blaming each other for signing arch donkey Luigi De Agostino.

Your third place team with 48 points that will face @Fewtch Utd in the next round is @jones and @2Smokeyy

And then there were two...

You might be surprised to see that @albakos is one of those two teams considering he was 12 points behind me and on a three game losing streak at the midseason break.

After that break they won 8 of their next 10 whilst Rex Rovers absolutely imploded down the stretch. The point gap was worn down and down and down until week 25 where a slapping of @Sapient Hawk finally put them put them one point from top and a bye within their own hands.

In their hands as soon after was a top of the table clash with Rex Rovers which if @albakos FC won then first place was all but secured. After a first half red card for Stoichkov shown for an awful tackle on Arturo Vidal the advantage was his.

They ground down the stout ten man rearguard until a David Alaba cross floated over everyone including Casillas and found it's way into the net and they were all but there. Still the 10 men bided their time and in the last minute an absolute rocket from substitute Juan Sebastian Veron arrowed into the top corner sending the home fans into raptures and salvaging the season for Rex.



@albakos ranted in the post match conference about JMBaby and Snitchy and did "" a lot threatening to delete the competition somehow much to everyone's confusion.

All this meant that on the final day Rex led by a point and guaranteed of top if his team won and @albakos would need to win and hope for a slip up. In his away game against @Bagels a Vidal rocket silenced the home fans and gave them a crucial advantage which was doubled after a mesmeric run from Zidane who held off the opposition then squared for a tap in from Salah allowing Albakos FC to cruise to an easy 2-0 victory.



Meanwhile after a dull first half catastrophe struck for Rex Rovers at home to @The Ducking Duck when Redondo had to come off "shock" to an injury right after half time and the Ducks immediately capitalised through a mazy run by Arjen Robben around Denis Irwin who cut back and looped in a cross that was nodded in by Torres.

And it was Robben again minutes later who after receiving a simple pass from De Rossi faced down the dizzy Irwin pushing him back to the edge of his area and sending a left footed thunderbolt into the far top corner past a despairing Casillas.

Another late Veron goal halved the advantage but it was too little too late and Rex Rovers had done an Arsenal and bottled first place in the most excruciating of fashions.



As a result there is no bye for Rex Rovers as they'll play @Sapient Hawk in Round 1 HOWEVER congratulations to @albakos who has won our Seeding Tournament with a monster 55 points and will receive a first round bye!

Bro you could have been me. 92 rated Benzema scoring 1 measly goal in 28 matches.

If I don't get to the final of this draft with by far the best team on paper again I will be @Sapient Hawk from the next draft onwards

Will never forget 2 or 3 drafts ago I also had the best team on paper only for Romario to miss like 8 penalties or something and I went out in the group stage
