It's just so beautiful to see their hopes and dreams rise after being 1-0 up, then get annoyed when its 1-1 and become crestfallen and 1-2, long may it continue for this insipid , overrated instituition.

You couldn't expect Tottenham fans understand legal level decisions made by a panel. They just look at some tweet and make conclusions that are totally wrong, and have a meltdown because of it. They deserve it.
The decision wasn't much about the word "disgrace", but about Arteta having criticized VAR for a long time, which is allowed. And is for the good of the sport to criticize it, because even the panel seems to understand that it needs improvement or the image of the sport suffers. Which was part of what was accused of Arteta doing, tarnishing the image of the sport.
