I don't think its an overreaction to question De Zerbi. This is the worse start I can remember and we haven't even played a decent side yet. This was better than last week but we had no answer to their only threat and we had no threat of our own. The players still don't look fit and there doesn't seem to be any game plan. He has to start winning PL games starting next week or I would seriously be looking to make a change during the long international break because he's had a whole pre season and we look worse than last season having spent best part of 400m. Get in now and get Howe lined up before United jump in.

I will take solace in the fact that Mudryk was wanted badly by Woolwich and Chelsea hijacked the deal.

I'm glad City got him. Knew well Woolwich were going to hijack him off us and they would have. They were probably hoping to leave it as late as possible. Glad City came in now to save that hassle

I reckon Woolwich ****ed themselves over here. Wanted to 'Eze' us again so waited for our advanced interest before acting... only they didn't see City coming.

Basically they have lost a good player all because they are obsessed with us. Glorious.

I remember Woolwich being very very keen and Chelsea 'gazumping' them, as it were.

Their obsession is something else. I'm quite sure nobody associated with Arsenal cared about them going after Ndiaye or the timing of it. They already celebrated overpaying for Tonali after hearing we had an interest only for us to get the better Newcastle midfielder for considerably less. They really don't learn.
