New UI improvement

After helpful suggestion from @Steps, the form indicators are added below each team in the matcheeek prediction page.

This ensures an easier vibe-predictions, which seems to be super helpful for @Steps who is at top of the table with his darts style guessing to predictions



Could also help others who don't follow other teams or matches. @BigPoppaPump mentioned this, but I am sure others will find it useful too.
