Angel Gomes is an interesting player

He looks interesting sure but lacks maturity whenever I saw Lille, all action but lacks a bit calm on the ball.

Would rather Bouaddi from Lille, biggest midfield talent since Camavinga at least. Low centre of gravity despite a 6'1 frame, great burst, top technique,o n or off the ball you'd think he's 26 not 16. Hope Arteta's hatred for French Africans doesn't cost us the next big thing again

Biggest midfield talent from France. I know and rate Doue highly but he's not a CM unlike the other two

I've wanted him since the turn off the year. There's not really any significant rumours around him at the moment though.

I doubt he would get 30 goals and 10 assists in the PL, but he would be far better than Toney for example. He has quite an unique desire to score goals while at the same time working incredibly hard for his team. Think he would be a true asset for the club, and he would also be able to play on the wings if we're chasing goals and both him and Havertz are on the field.

Plenty of options with an interchangeable diamond up front, or maybe drop Bruno for Martinelli for extra attack. The bench can be injury-prone, so there can be Zinchenko, Kivior, Viera, and young talent to boost it. There’s no chance all of those 20 players will be available at the same time.

I test our bench by looking at other teams' first XI. 2 or 3 of the bench players would be starters even at Liverpool, and many of the bench starters at Villa, United, Newcastle, etc...

Nico Williams seems likely to stay in Spain. Merino seems good but if we sell well, we can do better. Musiala grew up in England and would be open to coming back. I don’t think we can dither around with multiple bids, a quick grab for £120m is worth it. He’s the German Saka, and a year younger. Also has a good link-up with Havertz from the German team.

Nah cmon his errors leading to goals or leading to dangerous attacks must have been much higher pre Arteta, he made a lot of comical mistakes. And then in his last season he played further up the pitch which meant we were less reliant on his lack of press resistance. These are a couple things clear to see.

Yes he had some high profile mistakes. That's what started the fan narrative. But due to being high profile mistakes it skewed the perception and started it all.

Unfortunately I think so aswell but there has to come a time when Arteta & Edu have to notice the difference between ourselves & Man City to win consistently. We need more players, more depth & a few better quality players the we do atm. Look at the better depth & better quality players MC do atm compared to us unfortunately?

He was poor doing it at arsenal before Arteta came, that’s all I can tell you. IMO Arteta really turned Xhaka’s career around in the PL.
