• To all AM members and guests.

For the start of the new season, Arsenal Mania has relaunched the news side of the site. All articles are written by genuine Arsenal fans with no hidden agenda. You can visit the site via the menu at the top of the forum pages or go direct to our homepage

Additionally, Arsenal Mania is now sending all its registered members a bi-weekly Briefing Bulletin containing a digest of news and views from both parts of the site. Some of you may have already received the first edition and those that haven't should do so before the big kick off against United. If you are a guest visitor to this forum then if you join as a member, you will automatically receive the Bulletin.

Please support both these initiatives and help ensure the long term future of our site.

Mbeumo for a Trossard type impact/role in this team I think Arteta should probably do it.

I saw a link somewhere but can't find it. Another FPL darling Mbeumo, whilst I don't think he lifts the level of the club he is affordable and will get games.

Wow. A macho wishlist post is the Christmas miracle I didn’t know I needed.

He's not even a wishlist signing, just a practical signing who I think we could get mid season.

It more depends how far the level drops without Saka, if we can survive without him then Mbeumo maybe isn't essential. Unless he's has a Mane type development he doesn't really change things.

Probably the clubs view, we’ll survive but we ain’t winning sh*t without Saka. No point bringing someone in if we don’t have them as a key target because they likely won’t replicate Saka.

I've been saying this to my Forest supporting friends for a while, but I really like Murillo. If Arteta insists on buying another CB I'd be all over him.

Add in Kvaradona and Sesko/Gyokeres we really could go all the way. I'd rather play Havertz over Merino in the left 8 though, I haven't seen Merino offer much whereas Havertz has that guile about him.

Get Osimhen and Brahim Diaz on loan.

Edit: Gotta say, my Turkish brother in law is a huge Gala fan and he's saying that Osimhen been crap, but its a different profile to what we have.

Btw, if we can get Isak thats our nr 1 target, forget about Osimhen, but I really doubt it. Gonna be impossible.

Isak/Gyokeres

Just get those 2 positions in as priorities. We can make do with all the other positions. If we have spares then get

Hato
One of the Real Madrid Mids since they probably need to get rid of one.

You could get Osimhen and Sane for under 100m this window (high wages but low ish fees).

Still allows us to go for a top top LW in the summer.

Means no Isak but dealing with Newcastle will be very very tough anyway.

Sane has made it clear he want to stay and will extend very soon
