Jesus
Sterling (I know his loan will end but no "he's great with the kids" garbage, give him a coaching contract then so he doesnt take up space in the squad)

Who cares, just sell them if it doesnt work out*

Samu Omorodion came to mind.
Went to trusted YT for comp.
Looks like a pure donkey.
Scores floated crosses with his head though.

Welcome Samu.

I don’t think we need a lot in terms of numbers

- Osimhen - best of the available striker
- Gittens - more pace and threat from wide
- Stiller - progressive passing monster to replace Partey
- A spare keeper

An extra CM like Nypan would be a bonus

Somewhat realistic wishlist would be:

Williams/Rodrygo
Gyokeres
El Khannouss
Zubimendi
Huijsen
Garcia

However that would cost around £280-300m, so can of course drop one of Huijsen or Garcia for cheaper alternatives if required.

Raya
Timber Saliba Gabriel MLS
Zubi
Ødegaard Rice
Saka Gyokeres Williams/Rodrygo

Depth: Garcia, White, Huijsen, Calafiori, Partey, Merino, El Khannouss, Martinelli, Havertz.

Isn't stiller the bloke with that gigantic honker of a snout?

Watching the Argentinian Derby and Franco Mastantuono is ridiculous. 17 years of age and plays like prime Riquelme.

Dont think I have ever seen a young player as good as him in shooting. Must get.
With another great goal today in Copa Libatadores. Please Berta just get him

I’m pretty clear what we need:

Ball striking CF:

Isak/Osimhen/Gyokeres/Sesko

1v1 direct left winger with pace:

Rodrygo/Williams/Leao/Gittens/Gordon

Productive AM/10:

Simmons, Cunha

All resources go towards signing those three types of players.

If there’s anything left, Arteta can tickle his fancy with Garcia and a hybrid CB.

Need to get at least one of the first names on these lists.

The only thing I would say is I believe we will get at least one from within the premier league. We have a habit of going for prem players.

Yeah, fair point. Mikel definitely values that. It will be interesting to see if Berta follows suit.

The prem players I’d want this summer are all either likely too expensive (Isak), or on the verge of signing elsewhere (Cunha).

Watkins seems to have fallen out with Emery, he's not a wow signing but would come in and do everything we need him too to a good level. (His age might be an issue though).

If we don't go big on a CF possibly spreading the money on 2-3 upgrades might work, 30m on Delap (release clause) and 40m on a young versatile forward. Chuck the rest into the LW budget etc.

I started clapping myself... until I realised that I was Sunderland's manager.
