The Wish List

I also don't believe that Hazard will have the all explosive impact that we'll require from a costly forward purchase. He's certainly talented enough, though. Hazard, van Bommel and Milito would represent a good summer, to be honest.

I seriously hate wish listing, but it’s come to this, I just can’t believe the whimper we’ve gone out with since March, what a ****ing disgrace chaps. We need an influx of class that can reach the heights of RVP and Fabregas even emulate them from time to time when their out instead of heaping everything on them two.

Wenger needs to be relentless or Kroenke needs to find someone who will be:-

Buffon. Same age as Jens when he joined Arsenal a world class keeper that the fans deserve after all the **** they’ve witnessed in goal post-Highbury.

Baines. **** hot delivery from both set-piece and open play, can reach the by-line has an explosive left peg and can play 90 minutes week in week out without losing his head finding new ways to **** up.

Van Bommel. No nonsense leader in the twilight of his career over 600 caps with a silverware haul to match, a midfield destroyer we sorely lack who will fit right into the Premiership.

Drogba. If it’s true he’s unsettled at Chelsea get this guy in pronto he’s a beast could play upfront with RVP or on his own if Robin gets yet another injury and would immediately give us a valid worthy option to change the game up.

F**k resale value, bring in players who can help ours over the line to victory, bring some damn silverware to the Emirates

This team lacks some thugs.

 I'm all for aggression too, but Van Bommel won't help that - he'll just get sent off. I'd rather have someone like Scott Parker, who leads by example and works himself into the ground every match. That's a great example for our players - not cleating players in the shins when the ref's not looking.

Scott Parker!!

I'd love players like Hazard and Lukaku here.. But they are luxury signings right now. Scott Parker would be THE best thing for this team! The best signing we could make this summer! It's just unfortunate our chances of signing him under Wenger is like 5%!..

1. Buffon - we need to calm things down at the defense and instill some belief into the team, while taking away the opponent's belief as well - how can we do it? Buffon, Casillas, a goalkeeper of this quality.

2. Cahill - a defender that is not a weak p*ssy like Kosciely, or an old, slow guy like Squilacci and Silvestre, and could raise his voice without peeing into his pants

3. midfielder, who makes you calm when playing next to him - someone, who can shout at even Cesc, when he is not doing what he needs to.

These three could do wonders, as well as bringing in someone for the bench, which can be anyone, really, who Wenger rates and is not another French player

I would love a set-piece specialist at Arsenal. Robin used to be a real danger from outside the box, but for one reason or another his direct free-kicks this season have been rubbish to say the very least. Whether he had to change his technique to eliminate risk of injury (as some people have speculated on here) or not I don't know, but he isn't a threat in that sense anymore.

Kompany would be a dream signing. I find it hard to think of a reason why him and Vermaelen wouldn't strike up an amazing partnership at the back. Realistically, Cahill would do.

Danni, I'd agree with those changes. But Cahill over Jagielka, and someone besides Vucinic - he's been pretty cack for Roma this season.

Fair point, but I just think that he can add something at the club as he can play anywhere across the frontline. A better player would be Benzema, but unfortunately he has been in great form of late, and probably won't be going anywhere in the near future.

I want Parker and Cahill. I don't care who leaves.

A forward like Hulk or Kevin Gameiro would be nice too, but more of a luxury signing.

In: Parker, Cahill, Neymar and Milito

Out: Almunia, Denilson, Rosicky, Bendtner, Arshavin

If Clichy and Nasri leave I would look at Baines/Enrique and Juan Mata as replacements.

I reckon we don't even need Gary Cahill, as good as he is. Vermaelen and Djourou will be beastly next season.

Two signings. Scott Parker, and a pacy, direct wide forward with a fierce shot would be great business.

(5m) Scott Parker
(12m) Balázs Dzsudzsák, Antoine Griezmann, or Eljero Elia

We absolutely need changes at CB mate. It's like watching the Keystone cops at the back.

I am hopeful about Djourou and Vermaelen forming a partnership but there are huge question marks about both IMO, Vermaelen's fitness and Djourou's ability to maintain the high level over a longer period. His performances have dipped noticeably in 2011, he caught the Arsenal bug where players seemingly can't deliver for a full season.

We are a quality CB short IMO. Same in CM and attack.

As for Neymar, could be Robinho Mk2 if you ask me.

Oh, I completely agree that our current defensive set-up is a shambles, but Vermaelen is a leader, and our best defender, I feel like our back line is going to be completely different with him back in the fold.

Do you think Neymar could cut in the EPL? I know Chelsea have been keen on signing him.

Neymar is a massive talent. He is alot more gifted than Robinho and is more of a goal scorer. We have to get the best we can get this summer and I think he is better than the likes of Hazard and Sanchez and will not cost much more. Hazard in particular is vastly overpriced and does not score enough

Apparently Wenger is interested in buying Real Madrid's Sergio Ramos.
Ramos' ability to let a trophy slip out of his hands really caught Wenger's eye.
