They are called Referees

Do you think refs consciously treat Arsenal differently than other teams?

For me the competence is one thing, but the bias thing is what really needs to be cleaned away so please saudi come and take all of them!
Sure. But the Belgian league is probably too shait to raid, sadly enough.

I don’t understand. There must have been like 20 seconds between them saying check complete and the free kick being taken?

What was Darren England doing in that 20 seconds? Popping champagne???

And anyway what kind of stupid communication protocol is this. They should say what the outcome was and then say check complete ffs.

The thing is it's not even surprising anymore, It's been happening for years and years way back to Wenger days.

They all used to laugh at Wenger when he used to complain about referees well nobody is laughing now including most of fans on the good end of these terrible decisions.

Until the fanbase as a collective pushes for big changes to happen it'll always only be the "Oh sorry it was human error" excuse. Well I'm sorry it can only be human error for so long until it becomes pure corruptness, VAR is just exposing it on another level now.

They want to make it sound professional and have its own language. All they need is to is it offside or onside. It’s onside bro. There should be zero excuse two professional refs have misunderstanding if a goal is offside or onside

Very happy to have Var. The FA can no longer ignore referee mistakes like before. United will also no longer receive preferential treatment from the referee. The mistakes before Var were even more terrible than this. Var is really beneficial for us.

Plus on the TV screen it said clearly "Checking disallowed goal"... Not sure what England was doing...

Apparently they are looking at different screens though, so they wouldn't see the TV graphic. Don't think it's VAR who sends that graphic either. It was probably just assumed by whoever does because the call on the field was no goal so that had to be what they were checking, only it wasn't!

The amount of VAR calls going against United this season shows how much they are helped by the on-field referees until this day.
