• To all AM members and guests.

For the start of the new season, Arsenal Mania has relaunched the news side of the site. All articles are written by genuine Arsenal fans with no hidden agenda. You can visit the site via the menu at the top of the forum pages or go direct to our homepage

Additionally, Arsenal Mania is now sending all its registered members a bi-weekly Briefing Bulletin containing a digest of news and views from both parts of the site. Some of you may have already received the first edition and those that haven't should do so before the big kick off against United. If you are a guest visitor to this forum then if you join as a member, you will automatically receive the Bulletin.

Please support both these initiatives and help ensure the long term future of our site.

Thierry Henry: The King Stay The King

Now you get to enjoy a 3-0 win against Real Madrid followed by logging on A-M to read Rasmi explaining how Rice was out of position at 67:23 and thus is a worse player than Lee Cattermole.

Oh and 1 of the goals was a set-piece, prompting half the forum to go into tirades about how it isn't sustainable etc.

Thankfullly none of that is your problem since you support the bubble boys.

@Riou You and I might have to pay Theo a visit. His stupidity has actually peaked:

His application to heading was poor, but saying Thierry was poor with his back to goal is hilarious...man could pin any CB he wanted pretty much, he was kinda a monster physically in an underrated sense.

Everyone's the next Henry really, until they finish their careers and realise they were actually nowhere near Thierry!

Yeah Thierry would tell you that his aerial game and left foot were not the strongest but he scored the greatest goal in PL history with his back to goal against United and Theo saw him in training every day. It's just lunacy. Isak also isn't even amazing in the air himself. It's just such a weird statement.

His goals against United, West Ham and Charlton were him back to goal and ****ing scoring from the position, not laying it off and bringing someone into play and every lauding him for being good at link up play, he had his back to goal, was being man handled and he ****ing scored from that position. Theo you ****ing piece of piss.

I like Theo (least I did before he became a pundit) but listening to him talk.about football is like Rishi Sunak talking to you about football lol.

Get out of here bro, we all know you have never watched a game in your life!

I really liked him as a player, injuries robbed him from hitting his peak potential for a lengthy period of time, but blimey, he comes across like disingenous, slimy, conniving ******** as a commentator. He's trying to be divisive like Roy Keane whilst looking like a boy scout.

It's like the haircut R9 had during the 2002 World Cup to be honest, some elite stars can just make anything look fantastic!

That's kind of true because I saw Zidane playing Pickleball; the dumbest sport imaginable and he almost made it look cool.

Watching Haaland when his team is malfunctioning and not just creating chances, makes you realise how limited he is as a player compared to Thierry...so glad I had him as my main football hero.

Remember "Player Cam" on Sky Sports in the 00s, where you could watch a single player during the match?

Imagine watching Haaland on it v Liverpool, you probably wouldn't even know he was a football player with how little he actually does...just some weird monster that wandered onto the pitch, need David Attenborough to narrate it too...

"Here is Erling, the alpha of the Haaland family... notice how he approaches the ball with extreme trepidation when's it's outside the box, fascinating"

...King Thierry well clear!

Arsenal Quotes

You kind of never leave Arsenal. How many comebacks do you make? At one point it will turn out to be a bad move. We all love the first Rocky but I'm not too sure about the last one.
