Don't try rewrite history, he has dropped loads of stinker performances this season. With most people putting him down as "drunk" and being let of from criticism.

No way has Partey been anyway near as consistently good as Gabriel, Rice, Saka, Timber, Saliba and MLS.

Two seasons ago our best player? You've got be joking? When Ramsdale, Saliba, White, Martinelli Saka and Ødegaard were all consistently very good in a season where we first challenged City for the title. Ødegaard, Saka , Saliba and Ramsdale all made the PFA team of the year. Partey was worst player each season prior to this.
Literally havent heard anyone thats not trolling have any of the opinions youve given

You only have to go back in the Partey thread to read peoples post who criticize him whenever he's had his many poor performances.

Even people who actually agenda filled and rate Partey, you do a search on "drunk" on this thread and that's was his label him/ give him a pass when he's played poor.

Wants you to learn about football
Some posters here want someone like Coquelin playing as our deep playmaker, while others enjoy football.

This is great news.

I would be happy to see him stay. If it`s true that he is looking for an improved deal I would be sceptical. 200K a week is more than enough for him.

I'm not sure this is the right move. He has played very well this season. A few things that make me think we are better moving on. 1st- he doesn't play as well playing 2 games a week. 2nd- his previous injury record, if we extend and miss out on zubi for example then we have to hope partey stays fit the whole season and 3- zinny has done his part, jorginho has done his part and we need to keep pushing forward. Is keeping partey us really moving forward, next season will that version of partey be at the top of his game or warm the bench all season like zinny.

Nah he’s not worth close to that. I have big doubt about his athleticism. Very good on the ball. But when they played City he couldn’t cope with their movement
I had doubts about some aspects of Rice's game but we've improved him. Athleticism is another matter though but I can't recall the City game.

But the doubt about Rice turned out to be correct. As a 6 his quick passing was doubt. No one ever questioned his athleticism and engine and for me he’s a better 8 than 6. We are having too many players we sign for one position and they turn out to be better somewhere else like rice, havertz and merino

Agree, especially with the bolded part. Praying that Berta gets everything right in the summer.
